The lockset that I ordered arrived very… The lockset that I ordered arrived very quickly and fit perfectly! A local locksmith wanted 1 1/2 times what you charged and another $100 to install it. Your instructions made it simple for me install myself.

Two of my four locks were beginning to… Two of my four locks were beginning to show signs of wear after some 30 years of service. Called on Monday to order replacements. Had product by Friday. Exactly like old ones. Same quality material, workmanship and precision. Couldn’t be happier. Customer service was five stars,product quality five stars, shipping five stars. This is one of the few remaining companies that you can have confidence in. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with this experience. Something you rarely experience in this day and age.
