Needed a new lock for my 90 year old… Needed a new lock for my 90 year old mother-in-law’s security door , received lock in a few days. Very poor service We placed an order for an item that showed available. After 3 weeks and 3 phone calls I finally got an answer that the item was discontinued and we got a refund however we had lost all that time waiting. Extremely poor customer service!
