I'm very pleased with this order and I saved lots of money doing this my self instead of have a lock Smith doing it for me. Again I pay for expedited shipping and received my order as expected and the mesuments was on point for my door just make sure you answered the questions they ask you about the door and how you want your handle and lock positioned. I would recommend this company. Did not have to contact customer support because everything was on point and had no issues installing the lock and I have no locksmiths experience. Needed a new lock for my 90 year old… Needed a new lock for my 90 year old mother-in-law’s security door , received lock in a few days. Lock went together very well, which I thought would be a bear to get together. Works great. Would recommend anyone needing a mortise lock for wrought iron door to purchase from your company. Price, quality, and delivery exceptional Lock was delivered quickly. The instructions on how to select the correct lock were extremely useful. It was exactly what was described. Previous lock by this manufacturer lasted over 15years through extremely rough usage. Priced reasonably.

Good solid lock The locks arrived very quickly. They look beautiful and fit my door like they should. My only issue is I requested the keys be matching and they were not. Customer service was very nice and is sending me out new cylinders with matching keys. Otherwise it looks like a good solid lock. I definitely recommend, plus I prefer to buy from a small family owned business then a big box store. Hope this review is helpful.
