Needed a new lock for my 90 year old… Needed a new lock for my 90 year old mother-in-law’s security door , received lock in a few days. Lock went together very well, which I thought would be a bear to get together. Works great. Would recommend anyone needing a mortise lock for wrought iron door to purchase from your company. Very poor service We placed an order for an item that showed available. After 3 weeks and 3 phone calls I finally got an answer that the item was discontinued and we got a refund however we had lost all that time waiting. Extremely poor customer service!

Two of my four locks were beginning to… Two of my four locks were beginning to show signs of wear after some 30 years of service. Called on Monday to order replacements. Had product by Friday. Exactly like old ones. Same quality material, workmanship and precision. Couldn’t be happier. Customer service was five stars,product quality five stars, shipping five stars. This is one of the few remaining companies that you can have confidence in. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with this experience. Something you rarely experience in this day and age.
