GBFrontpoint Security, the best We have been with Frontpoint Security for more years than I can remember. We have gone through so many updates with equipment and software. There is not a time when we can not have our questions answered and problems solved. Our last conversation was about our contract. We were able to save $10.00 a month by renewing our contract for three years. A no brainer plus we were able to receive some new equipment.

GBLong time customer and I have moved and… Long time customer and I have moved and taken system with me and no issues at new residence, up and going the same day I arrived. Customer service always helpful. Have no issues with them at all!

GBWould recommend Working with Darius is always easy and he is knowledgeable. The wait for customer service is always a little long, but otherwise when you finally get a human it’s fine. The products are pretty good. The longevity is in question, I have had some products go bad on me in the 8 years. It’s nice that they keep up with technology, but I don’t like that they don’t let you know if there is an update that you are eligible for unless you call.

I had a sensor issue and called the tech support who worked with me to trouble shoot the issue and we came to a conclusion that it needs replacement. I revived the sensor in 3 business days and I was back and secure. It’s 5yrs so far we have amazing services and definitely recommending them to neighbors and friends.
