GBCustomer service has went to the dogs It used to be when an alarm went off, Frontpoint called immediately to check. For the past year or two, no one calls. They've removed their phone numbers from their app because they want you to find your help online without contacting them. If you do call, you may or may not be able to understand the person at the call center. Any problems with their equipment and they try to renew your contract for another year or buy replacement parts.

GBI've had Frontpoint for more than 10… I've had Frontpoint for more than 10 years. So very pleased with the equipment, service and customer support. Have had other home security companies stop by my house and don't compare.

GBWould recommend Working with Darius is always easy and he is knowledgeable. The wait for customer service is always a little long, but otherwise when you finally get a human it’s fine. The products are pretty good. The longevity is in question, I have had some products go bad on me in the 8 years. It’s nice that they keep up with technology, but I don’t like that they don’t let you know if there is an update that you are eligible for unless you call.

GBI think Frontpoint has changed I think Frontpoint has changed. When I first joined a few years ago, there used to be "fumbling" and "bumbling" and mistakes. That was a few years ago I. Now Frontpoint seems more efficient and accurate. I like this Frontpoint better.

GBUsed Frontpoint for a number of years Used Frontpoint for a number of years. I switched because my previous service was always slow to respond to alarms…sometimes as much as a day late! Frontpoint has always been fast. Their equipment works well and set up is easy. Best part is that are responsive to calls for service or questions. I called this time because I needed a way to check several motion sensors to make sure they were working. They had triggered several false alarms. The service had me isolate them in a dark drawer over the weekend and they monitored for any mis-fires. Turns out they were sending reflected light from passing traffic so I repositioned them.
