I have never had issues with equipment causing false alarms, but I have had to call on a few occasions when a camera lost connection. Each time I was able to get them connected again without major issues. The setup and ease of use of the system are both selling points for me.

GBGood in the beginning, now nightmare… Equipment starting to fail after 4 years and replacement costly plus no equipment available, which completely flustered me. Now refusing to release me from the contract even though core equipment (smoke and heat sensor) replacement not available. Nightmare.

GBWould recommend Working with Darius is always easy and he is knowledgeable. The wait for customer service is always a little long, but otherwise when you finally get a human it’s fine. The products are pretty good. The longevity is in question, I have had some products go bad on me in the 8 years. It’s nice that they keep up with technology, but I don’t like that they don’t let you know if there is an update that you are eligible for unless you call.
