Frontpoint Security, the best We have been with Frontpoint Security for more years than I can remember. We have gone through so many updates with equipment and software. There is not a time when we can not have our questions answered and problems solved. Our last conversation was about our contract. We were able to save $10.00 a month by renewing our contract for three years. A no brainer plus we were able to receive some new equipment.

Total scam operation I have not used the service since the end of 2023--it wasn't working and I decided on something else. I called to cancel the service in March and was told I had to go online and put it in writing. They kept calling me and were rude saying I had a contract, I could not cancel without a penalty---I have nothing in writing about this. I had been with the company since 2020 and had no idea there was a "contract" that is apparently for a lifetime. I finally went online to cancel as instructed-- and the form says you need to speak with someone! And THEY will contact you---but not for several days, according to the calendar you need to mark. I blocked all payments from my CC. This is such a scam. In addition, the form states that by sending in the request to cancel, you are giving them permission for all kinds of marketing, including telephone calls. I did not send in the form as I don't want all that spam--I had already told 4 different people to cancel. This is a total scam operation. I will be contacting the Attorney General to file a complaint.

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service. I had a sensor issue and called the tech support who worked with me to trouble shoot the issue and we came to a conclusion that it needs replacement. I revived the sensor in 3 business days and I was back and secure. It’s 5yrs so far we have amazing services and definitely recommending them to neighbors and friends.

On spot tech support and services I have been with Frontpoint for two years, and every tech call I have had to make (which weren't too many) was attended to swiftly, and accurately. I'm in the web hosting business and am familiar with tech support systems and those who work them. I'm quite pleased with these guys.

Good equipment, difficult to reach help Frontpoint delivers what they promise. Products operate as they should with few misses. I did give 4 stars instead of 5 due to ease of contacting help with new problems or installing new products. The helpline was much easier to get to in the past. The phone to support is very difficult to obtain and today the link to support isn’t active. The other links in the app are active. Even when I do reach the support link, I’m directed to helpful articles not a person.So I’m a little frustrated.
