GBNever Showed Up I scheduled an appointment for a required upgrade to a LTE/5G transmitter on 2/7/22. They never showed up. They called later to re-schedule for one month later. I was told they over booked by 50,000 for that same date. How is that possible? They didn't asked, they told me that will be the date! What a failure operationally. But instead of admitting to it and fixing the problem. They blame the customers for all trying to schedule the upgrade all on the same date, which the system allowed to schedule. Not trustworthy. This required upgrade cost $90 and should not be paid for by the customer.

GBGlad we got these guys! We recently fired another home security company, and went with Smith Thompson, and I am so glad that we did. We accidentally set our alarm off last week, and the Smith Thompson representatives called us within 1 minute to make sure that we were okay. We were impressed! GBthe setup process was quick and easy the setup process was quick and easy, and the technician was explain me slowly and detail. I like the fact that it is no contract and we can cancel anytime. The only thing is the basic plan doesn't include a remote to turn on and off alarm. that's why it didn't get 5 star.
