I received my gravel grader and had to… I received my gravel grader and had to put it together. The pics were blurry and the instructions not clear to understand. Some of the steps were out of sequence. Then missing main bolt that had to go to the hardware store to purchase. The nuts that comes with it are not tall enough to get a wrench on with a good bite. I did finally got it together and like the product for grading out road and driveway.

Unpatriotic company ripping off hard… Unpatriotic company ripping off hard working Americans. Bought leaf vacuum from them. It’s run maybe 10 hours and now won’t start. And even during those ten hours, it took all sorts of finagling. They won’t accept return and now I have to see if any service center will come to pick this up this 150lb paper weight. Customer service is slow to return messages and they expect you to have specialized equipment to troubleshoot. They wanted me to get a new battery to troubleshoot the one that should be working on it. Bad company that doesn’t deserve anyone’s money.

Initially frustrated not being able to… Initially frustrated not being able to find replacement part I needed anywhere on the website. Turns out all I had to do was send an email! I got a prompt response with part description, price, shipping details and an ORDER HERE button. Couldn’t have been easier. And, btw, reason I needed a replacement part is because our Dr Power 62V trimmer has done so much work and has lasted so long!
