I got a prompt response with part description, price, shipping details and an ORDER HERE button. Couldn’t have been easier. And, btw, reason I needed a replacement part is because our Dr Power 62V trimmer has done so much work and has lasted so long!

A wonderful theoretical concept A wonderful theoretical concept. However, It broke down within a week. Perhaps if you did not use the cheap chinese parts used on Walmart bicycles, it might be worth the money. We are constantly replacing cables. Would never recommend to others.

Unpatriotic company ripping off hard… Unpatriotic company ripping off hard working Americans. Bought leaf vacuum from them. It’s run maybe 10 hours and now won’t start. And even during those ten hours, it took all sorts of finagling. They won’t accept return and now I have to see if any service center will come to pick this up this 150lb paper weight. Customer service is slow to return messages and they expect you to have specialized equipment to troubleshoot. They wanted me to get a new battery to troubleshoot the one that should be working on it. Bad company that doesn’t deserve anyone’s money.
