GBUnpatriotic company ripping off hard… Unpatriotic company ripping off hard working Americans. Bought leaf vacuum from them. It’s run maybe 10 hours and now won’t start. And even during those ten hours, it took all sorts of finagling. They won’t accept return and now I have to see if any service center will come to pick this up this 150lb paper weight. Customer service is slow to return messages and they expect you to have specialized equipment to troubleshoot. They wanted me to get a new battery to troubleshoot the one that should be working on it. Bad company that doesn’t deserve anyone’s money.

GBThey just don't care Tried to order a walk behind brush cutter, refused to deliver as I wasn't accessible by a 56ft long tractor trailer. Ok. So I order a wheeled string trimmer instead as ups would deliver. Purchased optional cutter head.the unit arrived a little too fast as they had not put washers under the bolt heads that drew through the soft plastic. Good that they didn't tighten all the bolts as it would have ruined the part. Optional cutter head will not be delivered until end of October. No warning this was out of stock when ordered. Never again

GBDangerous Junk!! Beware!! they do not honor any warranties!!! Bought a walk behind brush mower, while seasoning the clutch, the engine exploded, leaving 4X4 inch hole on the side. DR is telling me that is because I didn't put oil in it as there are burn marks on the internal parts(yeah, the engine exploded and was on fire). Engines without lubrications don't explode after 5 minute use, they may cease and smoke and heat up but not explode. I run 5 tractosr on my farm, did not forget to put oil in the engine. DR will not do anything, denied my warranty claim.

GBMy DR tiller shipped quickly and… My DR tiller shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. I put it together and got it started in 15-20 minutes. It was super easy. I love the way it operates. I don’t have any problems shifting the transmission and the tiller does exactly what it’s supposed to in both forward and reverse tine rotation. It was a little too quick in forward rotation at the start but I simply adjusted the depth and slowed it right down. It digs good in reverse rotation. I’m really satisfied with its performance. It requires to be shifted into forwards rotation and held back to clear the tines of clogged dirt occasionally when breaking damp soil to prevent the belt from slipping but that’s not unexpected.
