They just don't care Tried to order a walk behind brush cutter, refused to deliver as I wasn't accessible by a 56ft long tractor trailer. Ok. So I order a wheeled string trimmer instead as ups would deliver. Purchased optional cutter head.the unit arrived a little too fast as they had not put washers under the bolt heads that drew through the soft plastic. Good that they didn't tighten all the bolts as it would have ruined the part. Optional cutter head will not be delivered until end of October. No warning this was out of stock when ordered. Never again

I received my gravel grader and had to… I received my gravel grader and had to put it together. The pics were blurry and the instructions not clear to understand. Some of the steps were out of sequence. Then missing main bolt that had to go to the hardware store to purchase. The nuts that comes with it are not tall enough to get a wrench on with a good bite. I did finally got it together and like the product for grading out road and driveway.

Easily assembled. … Easily put on the handles 4-3/8 bolts with locking nuts is nice to use good quality product. Filled it with oil and fuel tank with VP 4 cycle fuel and its ready to go great machine plenty of power
