I had the best experience today with Janelle from customer support, she went above and beyond helping me to find the shipping service delivering the heavy field and brush mower I ordered. Not only did she locate the shipping co but also looked up their phone for me. GBMy DR tiller shipped quickly and… My DR tiller shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. I put it together and got it started in 15-20 minutes. It was super easy. I love the way it operates. I don’t have any problems shifting the transmission and the tiller does exactly what it’s supposed to in both forward and reverse tine rotation. It was a little too quick in forward rotation at the start but I simply adjusted the depth and slowed it right down. It digs good in reverse rotation. I’m really satisfied with its performance. It requires to be shifted into forwards rotation and held back to clear the tines of clogged dirt occasionally when breaking damp soil to prevent the belt from slipping but that’s not unexpected.

GBInitially frustrated not being able to… Initially frustrated not being able to find replacement part I needed anywhere on the website. Turns out all I had to do was send an email! I got a prompt response with part description, price, shipping details and an ORDER HERE button. Couldn’t have been easier. And, btw, reason I needed a replacement part is because our Dr Power 62V trimmer has done so much work and has lasted so long!
