Repeat buyer! Very nice and helpful! Sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was a reconditioned unit but, she left me feeling that it was as good as new, with warranty of a new one. Just all around a very good experience. I am a repeat buyer of DR products and have had great performance from them.

Easily assembled. … Easily put on the handles 4-3/8 bolts with locking nuts is nice to use good quality product. Filled it with oil and fuel tank with VP 4 cycle fuel and its ready to go great machine plenty of power

Unpatriotic company ripping off hard… Unpatriotic company ripping off hard working Americans. Bought leaf vacuum from them. It’s run maybe 10 hours and now won’t start. And even during those ten hours, it took all sorts of finagling. They won’t accept return and now I have to see if any service center will come to pick this up this 150lb paper weight. Customer service is slow to return messages and they expect you to have specialized equipment to troubleshoot. They wanted me to get a new battery to troubleshoot the one that should be working on it. Bad company that doesn’t deserve anyone’s money.

Initially frustrated not being able to… Initially frustrated not being able to find replacement part I needed anywhere on the website. Turns out all I had to do was send an email! I got a prompt response with part description, price, shipping details and an ORDER HERE button. Couldn’t have been easier. And, btw, reason I needed a replacement part is because our Dr Power 62V trimmer has done so much work and has lasted so long!
