This was a reconditioned unit but, she left me feeling that it was as good as new, with warranty of a new one. Just all around a very good experience. Unpatriotic company ripping off hard… Unpatriotic company ripping off hard working Americans. Bought leaf vacuum from them. It’s run maybe 10 hours and now won’t start. And even during those ten hours, it took all sorts of finagling. They won’t accept return and now I have to see if any service center will come to pick this up this 150lb paper weight. Customer service is slow to return messages and they expect you to have specialized equipment to troubleshoot. They wanted me to get a new battery to troubleshoot the one that should be working on it. Bad company that doesn’t deserve anyone’s money.

Not only did she locate the shipping co but also looked up their phone for me.
