GBI had the best experience today with customer support! I had the best experience today with Janelle from customer support, she went above and beyond helping me to find the shipping service delivering the heavy field and brush mower I ordered. Not only did she locate the shipping co but also looked up their phone for me. Janelle put my mind at ease regarding the mistake I made on my address, she said the driver will call to confirm correct address. I want to give a big thank you to Janelle, you're the best!!!

GBInitially frustrated not being able to… Initially frustrated not being able to find replacement part I needed anywhere on the website. Turns out all I had to do was send an email! I got a prompt response with part description, price, shipping details and an ORDER HERE button. Couldn’t have been easier. And, btw, reason I needed a replacement part is because our Dr Power 62V trimmer has done so much work and has lasted so long!

GBA wonderful theoretical concept A wonderful theoretical concept. However, It broke down within a week. Perhaps if you did not use the cheap chinese parts used on Walmart bicycles, it might be worth the money. We are constantly replacing cables. Would never recommend to others.

GBOrdered a manual plow for 2500$… Ordered a manual plow for 2500$ delivered damaged. After talking to customer for several weeks they redelivered the damaged product. Pretty sure they waited until UPS returned the plow then resent it to me.
