This was a reconditioned unit but, she left me feeling that it was as good as new, with warranty of a new one. Just all around a very good experience. My DR tiller shipped quickly and… My DR tiller shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. I put it together and got it started in 15-20 minutes. It was super easy. I love the way it operates. I don’t have any problems shifting the transmission and the tiller does exactly what it’s supposed to in both forward and reverse tine rotation. It was a little too quick in forward rotation at the start but I simply adjusted the depth and slowed it right down. It digs good in reverse rotation. I’m really satisfied with its performance. It requires to be shifted into forwards rotation and held back to clear the tines of clogged dirt occasionally when breaking damp soil to prevent the belt from slipping but that’s not unexpected.

A wonderful theoretical concept A wonderful theoretical concept. However, It broke down within a week. Perhaps if you did not use the cheap chinese parts used on Walmart bicycles, it might be worth the money. We are constantly replacing cables. Would never recommend to others.
