very bad service Do not sign a 3yr agreement with this comapny, whatever they tell you. They do not provide the level of service they say they will provide.

Smith Alarm Install Friendly, and straight forward, Tech, and paperwork was not overwhelming. After shopping several companies they after a pretty good deal which included 3 months free. Installer was a few minutes late but did call during the time frame to let me know he was on the way.

Great The installation was quick, they know what there doing you just got to trust them. Really would recommend them to anybody that wants a house system
