GBHome security updated I called Smith monitoring to get my current system evaluated. I made an appointment for technician to come out. Daniel & Dawn were great but there was miscommunication and I wasn't aware they scheduled me for installing the system. I thought it was just a review. Almost aborted the whole thing but Daniel and Brian made concessions

GBExcited I'm excited about my new home security system. I've never had this service and previously got quotes from other providers and I have to say Smith Monitoring was the most competitive price I found. I was switching my electricity provider and that's when this service was pitched to me. I'm glad they offered it to me because it was the best price I've found. The tech was very friendly and arrived on time during the window provided.

GBIt's a mistake going with Smith … It's a mistake going with Smith Monitoring. I ahev too many false alarms. Their service is awful.

GBRipped off by Smith I paid for a 3 year plan with new equipment with Smith. After my contract was over I tried to contact them to renegotiate. I wasn’t able to get in contact, so I went back to ADT. I just had their service people here, and discovered that the window sensors that I have been paying for, for 3 years, were never installed. I would give them a minus rating if it were available. Apparently, you can’t even trust your security company!!
