GBRipped off by Smith I paid for a 3 year plan with new equipment with Smith. After my contract was over I tried to contact them to renegotiate. I wasn’t able to get in contact, so I went back to ADT. I just had their service people here, and discovered that the window sensors that I have been paying for, for 3 years, were never installed. I would give them a minus rating if it were available. Apparently, you can’t even trust your security company!!

GBGood service Day 1 of installation and so far so good. The tech did a good job going over the contract, letting us make choices as per installation and providing needed information. Nice guy and good discounts too!

GBUnbelievably bad experience over the past 3 weeks I opted for you company because of the reviews and have had nothing but problems and excuses. A few days after the system was installed I had to have your tech out to work on the system. I continued to have issues and when I called to cancel my service, I received all type of excuses and reasons. One thing is sure, I will most likely not be a long term customer of your company. Sorry to have to write this but you should under promise and over deliver. You have a long way to go.

GBGreat job! Installer David Lee was awesome! Friendly, fast, and knowledgable. We chose Smith Alarm over ADT because Smith didn't play games with price, installation, or servIce. Wife is happy, so everyone is happy!
