Ripped off by Smith I paid for a 3 year plan with new equipment with Smith. After my contract was over I tried to contact them to renegotiate. I wasn’t able to get in contact, so I went back to ADT. I just had their service people here, and discovered that the window sensors that I have been paying for, for 3 years, were never installed. I would give them a minus rating if it were available. Apparently, you can’t even trust your security company!!

Great job! Installer David Lee was awesome! Friendly, fast, and knowledgable. We chose Smith Alarm over ADT because Smith didn't play games with price, installation, or servIce. Wife is happy, so everyone is happy!

Quick response and excellent service I wanted to find a security monitoring company that was responsive to my needs and honest without a fear of being oversold or overcharged, and Smith filled that need. The technician, Mark, came when he said he would ,reprogrammed the keypad, and explained everything in detail. My bill has dropped from $54 a month to $18 a month. I could not be happier.

Excellent service and demonstration of new equipment Mark Bryant was the upmost professional. He came in and installed a completely new system even working thru the last companies issues with improper installation. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly and made sure we were comfortable with the system before finishing the job. THANKS

Slow start but wow what a finish!!! I would actually give a four and a half the first installer forgot equipment and well after waiting a few days we followed through with a new installer... He was wonderful brought his wife to make me feel more secure she did all the paperwork while he made sure every thing was perfect then she taught me every thing and referred to it in the book to make sure I felt comfortable!!! They went out of the way to help me I truly appreciate it!!! Now my home is safe!!!
