TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. They are expensive and subpar. They make you pay when their own cameras don’t work. Wouldn’t give our money back after camera was down for more than a week. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Unreliable Alarm System … This has to be the most unreliable system that I have owned. I purchased the Alarm.com system through AAA Smart home approximately 15 months ago. I have spoken to support which has not been any support at all, and I’m finally fed up and changing. The cameras rarely work and the troubleshooting feature doesn’t do much either. Avoid and explore or systems. Make sure that whatever system that you purchase is not supported by Alarm.com

Great for busy parents! I have a teenager and a school-age kid at home, I feel much more comfortable leaving the oldest home to babysit because of this service's great features, I get a video clip and a picture when they get home from school. I can even stream live video anywhere to make sure they're being nice to each other. I also get arming reminders when I've left for work. I'm hooking up the garage feature this weekend. Excited to have this in time for summer when the kids are in and out of the garage with bikes, scooters, and sprinklers. It's the worst feeling to go to leave for work in the morning and realize the garage has been open all night, can't wait to have another check to make sure it doesn't happen!

Excellent customer service! I purchased a model home with an existing security system. The old passcode for the panel was still in effect, and no one knew what this passcode was. I called alarm.com for technical support regarding this issue, and although it took multiple attempts, Ed from alarm.com was very supportive every step of the way in finding a solution despite things looking grim. Sure enough, the issue was resolved. Thanks again for everything!

Absolutely the best!! I've been with Alarm.com for many years. Started with the old Concord panel. You have always been there for me in advising on new products, helping with install, setting up the system, and parts support. Customer service is always courteous and professional AND most of all technically proficient! Love you guys!!
