Installer was completely inexperienced. Installer was completely inexperienced, & what was supposed to take 2-3 hours, took 13 hours for a pretty simple security system. The installer put two sensors into the wrong windows, then forgot to add them back, so I am missing two. I was mischarged for items, and they tried to overcharge me, after the installer came out, so they stuck me with a large additional charge, after telling me everything would be free, with a current promotion. Now I have to go through a 2nd installer coming out to fix all the issues. Buyer beware!!!!! This was a total nightmare!

I have had my share of weird… I have had my share of weird circumstances since the install of my security system. Both Anthony and Rob have taken excellent care of me. I feel at ease with my choice of security systems. They have been very polite and professional with my total service since the original install. Great service and two thumbs up.

Door Monitors not Insstalled At Time of Service The young man that came installed everything was new and did not install the door monitors. So I went two months without protection and after much calling and review, finally got them installed and ADT did give me some credit. A representative named Robin was very helpful.
