GBNot the ADT we had in Texas We have been long time ADT customers in Texas. Just recently moved to Florida and had ADT installed in our home. We were given just ONE fob for the system-could have purchased a second one. We also were told we could control the system on and off via my cell phone. After several attempts, the cell phone access to the system still does not work. There has also been no follow-up to see if it is working. That is just not good customer service and was very disappointing after the 5 star service we were used to in Texas.

GBI do not like the high pressure sales… I do not like the high pressure sales tactics. Buy now or loose the credits toward equipment is unfair to the customer. Installation took until almost 11 pm and I was so tired that I did not comprehend all of the instructions. Have requested and not received a set of written instructions. Also, did not get the USAA Discount.

GB2 men arrived at my home too soon and charged me for equipment I didn't order 2 men arrived at my home at 8am, and said they weren't able to see my request for them to come close to 9am. During the install, the experienced installer didn't provide me with the costs upfront until after he installed my panel. Then he charged me for a key fob I didn't order. When I pointed this out, he said most people order the key fob he sold me, and he made a mistake. He said the payment was already completed, and to reverse it would take several phone calls, so I just agreed to pay for it.

GBI am happy that I have ADT I am new to having a security system in the house! I need to have a Technical Rep come out and answer a few questions about the system operation. It would help me a lot. I was a bit confused a few days after installation when I received an email from the Funding Resolution Department. It took me 2 days and a couple of calls to straighten out the paper work. That was written up by the Technician There also was confusion about the credit I was offered and how it was spent. I would have liked an itemization of how the credit was used. Just to insure that the $1,700 credit that I was offered was used. I do have more of a peace of mind since the installation. I feel more protected.... Just last week a woman a few blocks away was robbed and had her car stolen at gun point in her home, in broad daylight! It’s a scary world at there! I’m happy I have ADT!

GBPoor Service from technician Matt to say the least. The technician who came to the house was in bad need of training. His name was Matt and he spent more than 4 hrs in our home trying to figure out how to set up our system. He called someone who did manage to come over for a short time and help him out and he was very good. I don't know the other techs name. Being new customers, we were disappointed in the service we received. We also asked some questions about the control pad that was installed and he gave us wrong or incomplete answers. We suggest you train your people much better before they come out to customers homes.
