GBDoor Monitors not Insstalled At Time of Service The young man that came installed everything was new and did not install the door monitors. So I went two months without protection and after much calling and review, finally got them installed and ADT did give me some credit. A representative named Robin was very helpful.

GBCompany was very courteous Company was very courteous, etc. So far I'm liking my equipment. However, I was told that anytime the alarm goes off I would get a phone call and the first time it went off, I didn't. I'm not sure if it's because I had gotten to the box and turned it off or what but the tech told me they call each and every time immediately so maybe I misunderstood. Also I was under impression from talking with a former manager that I was going to get 2 pieces of equipment for a certain price and was told by the home tech that it was not included. Not sure what happened there either. However, I'm going to continue with ADT and hope I am pleased with everything in the future.

GBI’m so happy with ADT Home Protection! I’m so happy with ADT Home Protection! And I really felt that Casey, the ADT representative who came to my home, did a wonderful job of presenting all of the security features that are available. GBBe careful - they are a bit deceptive Installation and technician were great !! I am disappointed by the amount of attempted up-selling and the deceptive nature of their advertising flyers. Unless you read it carefully you will assume that you are getting coverage for 15 windows and doors in the package. Not so !! You get a couple because like me you may have missed how they stressed pre-wired sensors. They give you like 2 wireless contacts and then charge $139 each for the other 13 that are not in the package. If you want the phone ap, well that's another $20 a month. Then I just found their $100 gift card form - guess what - they outsourced this and you have to send a $5 money order to them to get the $100 that ADT promised. Really nice, huh? Their business is based upon trust - they have certainly not earned that. We'll see what happens in 2 years after the contract expires.

GBfirst time customer They fix everything ok however making an appointment is sometimes troublesome. They apparently don’t communicate with each other. As a result we received multiple calls and the person doesn’t know the reason. In our case, we still didn’t get two more outside cameras which they are supposed to install within a week. One technician came to our house without a camera and said we still waiting for it. A perfect example of non-communication among themselves. Anyways, ADT is a good security provider in our nation with a good repute but it would be much easier if they customer service convey the message among themselves.
