USI do not like the high pressure sales… I do not like the high pressure sales tactics. Buy now or loose the credits toward equipment is unfair to the customer. Installation took until almost 11 pm and I was so tired that I did not comprehend all of the instructions. Have requested and not received a set of written instructions. Also, did not get the USAA Discount.

USNot the ADT we had in Texas We have been long time ADT customers in Texas. Just recently moved to Florida and had ADT installed in our home. We were given just ONE fob for the system-could have purchased a second one. We also were told we could control the system on and off via my cell phone. After several attempts, the cell phone access to the system still does not work. There has also been no follow-up to see if it is working. That is just not good customer service and was very disappointing after the 5 star service we were used to in Texas.

USfirst time customer They fix everything ok however making an appointment is sometimes troublesome. They apparently don’t communicate with each other. As a result we received multiple calls and the person doesn’t know the reason. In our case, we still didn’t get two more outside cameras which they are supposed to install within a week. One technician came to our house without a camera and said we still waiting for it. A perfect example of non-communication among themselves. Anyways, ADT is a good security provider in our nation with a good repute but it would be much easier if they customer service convey the message among themselves.

USBad experience. I'm regretted to sign this contract now. I wanted to get things started on 5/15, which is the day my current plan ends. Jason Scott did not explain things well to me and it is indeed the billing cycle starts on 5/15, I'm still being charged since 5/4.Also Jason Scott promised that he would help me install a door camera and left his number on a piece of paper so I can call him when the camera is ready, but after he left I could not find the number anymore. it's reasonable to assume he took it away when he left. Anyway, I installed it myself. You guys are just trying to trick the customer into signing the contract in whatever way possible. I will definitely not recommend ADT with other friends.

USthe financial part of my transaction… the financial part of my transaction was not truthful, I spent three times more than I was quoted, I was not happy at all with the way prices was quoted to me and then after instillation , was twice more, I did not like that payments was automatically taken out of my account .. quotes was too high given correct numbers after instillation
