And I really felt that Casey, the ADT representative who came to my home, did a wonderful job of presenting all of the security features that are available. I have had my share of weird… I have had my share of weird circumstances since the install of my security system. Both Anthony and Rob have taken excellent care of me. I feel at ease with my choice of security systems. They have been very polite and professional with my total service since the original install. Great service and two thumbs up.

2 men arrived at my home too soon and charged me for equipment I didn't order 2 men arrived at my home at 8am, and said they weren't able to see my request for them to come close to 9am. During the install, the experienced installer didn't provide me with the costs upfront until after he installed my panel. Then he charged me for a key fob I didn't order. When I pointed this out, he said most people order the key fob he sold me, and he made a mistake. He said the payment was already completed, and to reverse it would take several phone calls, so I just agreed to pay for it.

Company was very courteous Company was very courteous, etc. So far I'm liking my equipment. However, I was told that anytime the alarm goes off I would get a phone call and the first time it went off, I didn't. I'm not sure if it's because I had gotten to the box and turned it off or what but the tech told me they call each and every time immediately so maybe I misunderstood. Also I was under impression from talking with a former manager that I was going to get 2 pieces of equipment for a certain price and was told by the home tech that it was not included. Not sure what happened there either. However, I'm going to continue with ADT and hope I am pleased with everything in the future.

I love ADT services but when making an… I love ADT services but when making an appointment for start up. They need to let the customer know that they will have paid additional amount the day of the installation. Like the 1st and 2nd months fee's. They already request you to pay an installation fee. So if you $99 installation fee you also need to be prepared to pay 1st and 2nd month monitoring fee within 24 hours not 73 hours. They would have gotten 5 Stars if they would Express start up fee's.
