GBOmg it's a great security system Omg it's a great security system. It's so good I can't even get away with nothing. I was doing something I wasn't suppose one night with it and then darn bright lights hit me right in the eye and of course I got caught coming in past my time...😉 But the system didn't have no problem shutting me down. I love it

GBDon't use Brinks - Deceptive business practices Don't use Brinks! Substandard support. Deceptive business practices. IF you cancel, they require 30 days' notice to cancel. I sent a cancelling letter January then I am being billed January - Feb.! So, if you cancel in January, they will be charge for February as well. They try to offer deals for continued service but while you're thinking about it you will be charged for that month and 30 days ahead. I got locked in a contract for at least 36 mos with me not even using the service. The only reason they contacted me is because I had to change my checking account number then Brinks wasn't getting their payment. Don't get locked in an agreement from a previous owner requiring subscribing to service for months. This should be illegal. CANCEL then renegotiate your own contract. READ your current contract. If new owner inheriting an existing contract - cancel! I shouldn't be held liable for previous contacts. This company is looking like one of those Home Warranty companies where you pay for everything and get nothing! Good Luck!

GBLousy customer service Lousy customer service, service schedules could take weeks and monitoring service fails to call back or send police. Will drop quickly when 3 years contract expires. Brinks customer support call me after review and fixed all pending issues. Thank you Trustpilot!

GBBrinks is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! … Brinks is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. My alarm system was broken for months in spite of 23 calls I made to the company. They finally replaced my system at a high cost to me since they wouldn’t let me out of my contract. Now, my brand new system is broken again. They want me to pay all of these fees even though I purchased a protection plan. What is wrong with the system now is faulty equipment but still want to charge me for a technician to come out even with the protection plan. This company is a nightmare. When you talk to different reps they promise you different things but never follow through. They only fix things if you add time to your contract otherwise you are screwed. Looking into securing a lawyer. I am fed up with this crap company.

GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. I had a problem with my sensor I called 4 times to ask for the technician they put me on hold for ever and disconnected my call, after I finally got one technician schedule, I didn't go to work that day to wait for him after all day and he never show up, I called and the first customer service said that they didn't have any technician schedule, after I called for the second time they said oh yes we found you but, the technician decided to cancel. and does it, they never called me back just got disconnected, even today I called to cancelled my service and they disconnected me 2 times. is a terrible service. Be away from them.
