Not to be confused with the actual… Not to be confused with the actual Brinks, which we did, this Brinks totally upsold their abilities t steal us from ADT. They actually really suck at their job. They destroyed our doorbell, lied about their prices for a selling point, neglected to let us know that for them to come out and fix problems caused by their cheap equipment it costs a minimum of 200 dollars. When we disagreed and said we wanted out. The initial sales person called and bullied my mother and then the company said it would cost us 5000 dollars to break the contract we did not know we had signed.

Crooked Company I called Brinks to cancel service in Dec 23 as I was overbilled $60. Finally after being through multiple reps, all to whom I insisted I needed to cancel my account, I was told the only was I could cancel was to log in my account. I told Brinks I had tried that numerous times but was unable to gain access and refuse to waste any more of my time doing that, but since they had confirmed my password and account, they needed to cancel my account. Last week Brinks send me a statement that now I owed them $250, I was shocked as I had not used Brinks in 4 months, in fact Brinks had canceled my ability to arm the alarm, still they kept billing me non stop. I called their rep, who said the only way they will cancel my service and stop billing me was for me to sign a document agreeing to pay the $250. Brinks are crooks really, I filled complaint with BBB, Attorney General's office. Hopefully their buisness license gets revoked or they get hit with Class action suit for Fraud. Brinks is a Total Fraud buisness.

DON’T TALK W/CUST SVC - CALL BRINKS CORP RESPONSE If you ever have a problem with Brinks customer service (WHICH I ALWAYS DO) call the Brinks Corporate Response dept. I spoke with an employee with cust svc and tried to explain that my current statement was showing one amount and my current balance was showing double. She just kept responding that the amount due was the double amount. So I asked for a supervisor (on the phone now for 58 minutes). He was just as ignorant. So I called the corporate response dept and spoke with Samuel who was patient, polite and went above and beyond to help me. Samuel resolved my issue and after I hung up I checked my account on line and it was displaying the correct amount. Samuel is a gem and brought me back to a calm and happy person. 😀

Lousy customer service Lousy customer service, service schedules could take weeks and monitoring service fails to call back or send police. Will drop quickly when 3 years contract expires. Brinks customer support call me after review and fixed all pending issues. Thank you Trustpilot!

Don't use Brinks - Deceptive business practices Don't use Brinks! Substandard support. Deceptive business practices. IF you cancel, they require 30 days' notice to cancel. I sent a cancelling letter January then I am being billed January - Feb.! So, if you cancel in January, they will be charge for February as well. They try to offer deals for continued service but while you're thinking about it you will be charged for that month and 30 days ahead. I got locked in a contract for at least 36 mos with me not even using the service. The only reason they contacted me is because I had to change my checking account number then Brinks wasn't getting their payment. Don't get locked in an agreement from a previous owner requiring subscribing to service for months. This should be illegal. CANCEL then renegotiate your own contract. READ your current contract. If new owner inheriting an existing contract - cancel! I shouldn't be held liable for previous contacts. This company is looking like one of those Home Warranty companies where you pay for everything and get nothing! Good Luck!
