Don't waste your money!! Don't waste your money!!! Not only is the monthly cost high but they don't stand behind their equipment!!! Everything has a cost when it doesn't work. My system is not communicating with the cellular device and when I called they walked me through a procedure to try and get it to communicate but without any results. So they're now telling me that the touch panel would probably have to be replaced?? It's only about a year old!!! And they'd have to send a technician out to set it up at a cost of over $100 plus I could sign up for a service contract at around $20 a month??? What?? This is your equipment and it's not working?? The system appears to still be working as long as my wifi is on, so i'll be using it that way until my contract with them is over. So as soon as my 2yr contract is over with them, I will be canceling ALL services with them and I will search for a reputable company that doesn't try and rake their customers over the coals!!! Lock your doors when they come to your house and ask you to switch over the them!!!

Brinks is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! … Brinks is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. My alarm system was broken for months in spite of 23 calls I made to the company. They finally replaced my system at a high cost to me since they wouldn’t let me out of my contract. Now, my brand new system is broken again. They want me to pay all of these fees even though I purchased a protection plan. What is wrong with the system now is faulty equipment but still want to charge me for a technician to come out even with the protection plan. This company is a nightmare. When you talk to different reps they promise you different things but never follow through. They only fix things if you add time to your contract otherwise you are screwed. Looking into securing a lawyer. I am fed up with this crap company.

It's happened again. BRINKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS This is a copy of an email I sent on 4-10-24 I spoke to a support representative (I wrote his name down, cannot find my notes) on either 4-8 or 4-9 2024 because all of my components of my home security system went offline at the same time. He advised he would send a battery out for the metal box hanging on the wall. He instructed me to call support back when I receive the shipment. I asked him to expedite the shipment because I am going on vacation next week. I agreed to the $20 charge for priority shipping. On 4-10-24 I received the battery and called support as instructed. I spoke to Sabrina, who provided excellent customer service. She said the battery is not required for my wireless alarm system. We fixed the initial problem and then she told me I would have to pay the shipping and handling (S/H) to return the battery. Battery I asked if I was going to receive a credit for expediting the shipment of the battery. She said only if I return the battery. Why should I pay for S/H if it was not my fault the battery was sent to me in the first place? I had a problem one or two years ago that was never resolved. I don't remember the problem but I was promised a call back three times and I never received any call backs. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. When my contract comes up for renewal I am going to call another company. I switched from ADT to Brinks I switched from ADT to Brinks, because I had the worst experience with ADT (a story for another review). The Brinks salesperson Chevon was excellent. He was very professional, kind and took the time to walk through my extensive equipment and contract questions. My only complaint: I was contacted by Brinks after filling out online form on one of their landing pages. I received a call within a few minutes. The only thing that bothered me during the sign up process is the lack of company credentials in the employees email signatures. I did my own due diligence and verified that the people I communicated with actually worked for the company. I work in affiliate marketing, so I am always cautious of online and third-party scams. I would expect a company the size of Brinks to ensure their employees have consistent branded company email signatures set up. It’s an important aspect of building and maintaining brand trust. I’ll update my review in 6 months regarding the equipment and services.

Thanks Skyline brinks for send Lawarren… Thanks Skyline brinks for send Lawarren to fix yal mistake. My system hasn't worked correctly since installed by a different teck 6 months ago. Yal sent 3 tech before him an they couldn't get it right. Lawarren came in an rewired my doorbell camera and got it working correctly. Thanks so much Now I'm a happy customer because of him. You're super awesome Lawarren keep up the great work.
