Customer Service and had the pleasure of dealing with Rosanna who when out of her way to assist me with the shipping logistics of an item I had just purchased. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism and promptness Rosanna gave me regarding my purchase. I hope PED management acknowledges how valuable she is, she's a keeper. Thank you, J. GBHonda Warranty WORTHLESS Do NOT buy from them if you expect any warranty service. They tout themselves as a dealer, but when it comes to warranty, they will not help you in any way. When the recoil assembly on our new Honda motor blew up, they gave us the Honda corporate number. Honda said it's the dealer's problem. Called them back, they said it's Honda's warranty, we can't do anything. There are no dealers in our area, which is why we bought this online. A complete failure to help us in any way. So any warranty on ANYTHING you buy from them means nothing because they do not assume the responsibilities of being a dealer.

GBForget this place Forget this place! Sales person Karen lied to me about shipping! Talked with Jennifer in customer service got disconnected twice Talked with Olivia in customer service disconnected me. Talked with Stephanie in customer service and she promised to get issue resolved and get back to me same day Never happened. Called the next morning and they said she was off. Poorest excuse for a business I ve ever had!!! Stay away from them. They will lie to you and disconnect you if you ask to speak to a manager!!!

GBWorst Company in the Universe Never in my life have I tried to buy stuff from such an idiot company. I ordered a natural gas tank-less water heater online. No email, response or other communication. I figured, since the charge was pending on our credit card, all was well and we'd get our heater. Little did I know this place is run by melon heads. Suddenly, the pending charge on the credit card just disappeared as if to say: "We're here to help! Here's you're money back. We here at PED don't think you need hot water anyhow". Finally broke down and called. Requested an automated call back. Never happened. Their phone system must be attached to the non-sending email server. On hold for over an hour listening to this Home Depot knockoff music. Did they ship my item? Why did the charge go away? Did I even order from this company? Am in floating around in another dimension? Seriously. Worst customer service in the universe.

GBThanks to E-Comfort customer support… Thanks to E-Comfort customer support Rosanne, Michelle, and Dennis. I received an incorrect part from their supplier. Through their efforts to resolve my problem, I received the correct part. The staff really went to work to get the issue corrected. For this reason, I will indebted to them & continue to order from them. My experience was excellent. The shipment issue was not their fault, but they made sure I got what I paid for. Service at 100% does exist!
