GBNo One Beats PED Expert Advice! They will walk you through anything and their experts have been around the small equipment industry. Dale, the engine expert was a Briggs tech for 20 years. I bought a bunch of home improvement products for my home. I love my new ecobee 4, an indestructible water hose, a pressure washer, and a portable generator. All going strong! If you take care of your equipment, it'll take care of you.

GBOrdered a Cub Cadet SC700E Lawn Mower… Ordered a Cub Cadet SC700E Lawn Mower on 3/27/2000. Salesperson on the other end of the line was polite, helpful and informational in our discussion about 11:00 a.m. on a day when he was working from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic. After ordering he informed me that the mower would be shipped on Monday, 3/31 and that I would likely receive it by 4/3/2020. I'll admit that I was a little concerned after reading several negative reviews about the company so I checked the BBB Website where I saw they had an A+ rating. I then went to ZoomInfo and found that the 100 employee company did 19 Million in revenue last year. Knowing that you can't please all the people all the time I decided to give them a try (plus they offered free shipping). Result = 5 Star Rating. Rather than shipping on 3/31 the mower arrived via UPS to my front door at 2:50 PM on 3/31. Mower was well packaged & in good condition. Everything needed was in the box and I rolled out the full contents on my garage floor at 3:00 PM. Followed the instructions, had it all assembled by 4:30, started her up, cut @ 3/4 of an acre and started writing this review about 5:45. Excellent company, excellent product (shipped free to my front door VS. ordering from one of the local equipment companies where product would have shipped to their store at a cost between $50 - $110 and required me to pick it up), shipped and delivered ahead of time and arrived in great condition. GBHonda Warranty WORTHLESS Do NOT buy from them if you expect any warranty service. They tout themselves as a dealer, but when it comes to warranty, they will not help you in any way. When the recoil assembly on our new Honda motor blew up, they gave us the Honda corporate number. Honda said it's the dealer's problem. Called them back, they said it's Honda's warranty, we can't do anything. There are no dealers in our area, which is why we bought this online. A complete failure to help us in any way. So any warranty on ANYTHING you buy from them means nothing because they do not assume the responsibilities of being a dealer.

GBLet the buyer beware Let the buyer beware Purchased a generator from this company and it was defective. Instead of them sending a replacement or a refund they quoted there sales policy and said to call the manufacturer. They will not fight for there customer or help them in any way.
