Rosanna exceeded my expectation for Customer Service I recently contacted P.E.D. Customer Service and had the pleasure of dealing with Rosanna who when out of her way to assist me with the shipping logistics of an item I had just purchased. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism and promptness Rosanna gave me regarding my purchase. I hope PED management acknowledges how valuable she is, she's a keeper. Thank you, J. Poor customer service from this company… Poor customer service from this company and they don't really care about the customer experience. I would not purchase from this company again and would not recommend them.

I ordered a compressor on Sept I ordered a compressor on Sept. 22, 2023. Website promised 2 to 5 business days delivery. Today is Oct. 3, end of day and I still can't get a direct answer on If I will receive this compressor, a tracking number or who to contact! Who is in charge there?

Honda Warranty WORTHLESS Do NOT buy from them if you expect any warranty service. They tout themselves as a dealer, but when it comes to warranty, they will not help you in any way. When the recoil assembly on our new Honda motor blew up, they gave us the Honda corporate number. Honda said it's the dealer's problem. Called them back, they said it's Honda's warranty, we can't do anything. There are no dealers in our area, which is why we bought this online. A complete failure to help us in any way. So any warranty on ANYTHING you buy from them means nothing because they do not assume the responsibilities of being a dealer.
