USDo not use Titanium Alarm Company Do not use Titanium Alarm Company. I entered into a contract and changed my bank account information they continued to use the account that I asked them NOT to use, which made me get overdraft fees. When I called they refused to re emburse my fees. This company wants the customer to comply with them, but refuses to do their part when they make a mistake. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

USNo Problems Over Here If you guys need a great security system.... Titanium is the way to go. Brad was awesome during the sign up process and Roger my technician was excellent getting everything installed. The customer service team is always willing and ready to assist. Go ahead and give Titanium a call.

USBiggest mistake I ever made Biggest mistake I ever made, full of hype at the state fair and everything goes downhill the day after installation. My door bell camera never arrived and my outdoor cameras never arrived as of 2 years later. I stopped using the system within the first year and just pay the bill. I call and try to cancel with an early term but stay on hold for over 2 hours with the retention team. This must be a plot to make you hang up and not cancel. Stay clear of them!!!! Lucky for me I didn't cancel my Xfinity system.

USThe customer service is horrible The customer service is horrible. When you have an issue with the equipment and need a technician to come out it takes weeks but your still paying your monthly payment which sucks. Do not recommend this company it's horrible.

USbilling department is a joke billing department is a joke. I have been dealing with this horrible company since 2019 and the only reason why I still am a active customer is because of the contract I was tricked into signing. I am on manual billing and yet this company keeps charging my card fraudulent and without being unauthorized. They tell me they are deleting my payment info and never do and when you call for help you get the run around. I have to talk to several people to get reimbursed. This has happened about 5 times
