GBDON'T DO IT DON'T DO IT! The system doesn't work, it takes them a month to send a service technician and even they can't get the system to work. They have you sign a docu sign document and in very small lettering it says you have three days to cancel. I called on day 15 because it wasn't working and wanting to get out of my contract and I'm stuck with them! They had me sign a document to cancel my previous alarm system and they never sent it! It's now February and I still don't have an alarm system that I'm paying for.

GBGreat customer service. Easy to use. My apartment complex had a preinstalled Simon XT and I just needed to add monitoring. Titanium’s customer service and sales teams are very friendly and the Alarm.com app is easy to use. I love being able to monitor the status of my alarm, as well as receive notifications when any sensor (especially doors) are opened and closed.

GBBiggest mistake I ever made Biggest mistake I ever made, full of hype at the state fair and everything goes downhill the day after installation. My door bell camera never arrived and my outdoor cameras never arrived as of 2 years later. I stopped using the system within the first year and just pay the bill. I call and try to cancel with an early term but stay on hold for over 2 hours with the retention team. This must be a plot to make you hang up and not cancel. Stay clear of them!!!! Lucky for me I didn't cancel my Xfinity system.

GBI was told that we had a 30 day trial… I was told that we had a 30 day trial period, and we wouldn't be charged until all equipment was installed(cameras, and panels) . I was charged within 3 days when I called and canceled within 3 days with my representative Fernando. Now he's avoiding my phone calls.
