GBI was told that we had a 30 day trial… I was told that we had a 30 day trial period, and we wouldn't be charged until all equipment was installed(cameras, and panels) . I was charged within 3 days when I called and canceled within 3 days with my representative Fernando. Now he's avoiding my phone calls.

GBThey don’t deserve a star only to be… They don’t deserve a star only to be shut down for bad business practices. This company is Incredibly dishonest disorganized unethical company Enticed me with higher end cameras then installed lesser quality cameras. Grainy unclear night vision. Bad unethical billing practices. After first year or two the bill goes up significantly. Impossible to get anyone to help with technical issues and impossible to get rid of company once contract ends. The cancellation process is horrible time consuming and any credit card they have will be billed until card is canceled or they are blocked. If your alarm is on and they randomly disconnect your account but don't prepare you, your stuck with the alarm sounding bad soon as you open /close any door or window Run !!

GBThe customer service is horrible The customer service is horrible. When you have an issue with the equipment and need a technician to come out it takes weeks but your still paying your monthly payment which sucks. Do not recommend this company it's horrible.

GBThe worse company ever The worse company ever. It took almost a year to cancel the services and still couldn't cancel services after what the representative asked us to write and email to their billing department. Then sales called again with a different company name on caller ID, my husband thinking it was Vivint. Titanium, this damm company is still trying to get money from us for the new services only by verbal contract and not with a written contract. Never sent us a contract to sign either. Now harassing us for $3000. Mind you the alarm system isn't even set up at our home. Our system is through Vivint. Don't sign up with this company, worse company and customer service ever.

GBDo not use Titanium Alarm Company Do not use Titanium Alarm Company. I entered into a contract and changed my bank account information they continued to use the account that I asked them NOT to use, which made me get overdraft fees. When I called they refused to re emburse my fees. This company wants the customer to comply with them, but refuses to do their part when they make a mistake. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL
