GBI was told that we had a 30 day trial… I was told that we had a 30 day trial period, and we wouldn't be charged until all equipment was installed(cameras, and panels) . I was charged within 3 days when I called and canceled within 3 days with my representative Fernando. Now he's avoiding my phone calls.

GBCamera Installation Robert just installed our 4 cameras around the perimeter of our house. He was extremely professional from the moment he introduced himself until he finished. He made sure everything was to our liking and helped answer any questions we had. It's rare these days to find an installer of any kind that takes the time to understand what the customer's needs are and to make sure they are happy. Robert did an outstanding job overall and the installation process could not have gone any better.

GBNo Problems Over Here If you guys need a great security system.... Titanium is the way to go. Brad was awesome during the sign up process and Roger my technician was excellent getting everything installed. The customer service team is always willing and ready to assist. GBGreat customer service. Easy to use. My apartment complex had a preinstalled Simon XT and I just needed to add monitoring. Titanium’s customer service and sales teams are very friendly and the Alarm.com app is easy to use. I love being able to monitor the status of my alarm, as well as receive notifications when any sensor (especially doors) are opened and closed.

GBI had this company for 3 years it… I had this company for 3 years it seemed ok. But jus recently ive sent several request for a tech. I have a bad guest window sensor and now a panel that do not respond. If my panel is not communicating with there server my system is use list. Also my bill went up with out my consent are any contact. So its obvious to say i will b canceling my service and seeking another company Goodbye 👋🏾
