GBAWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY! My home was broken into and 911 was not called. The issue with Baltimore PD not being contacted is up in the air, I think it's bad business, they said it was about registration--but that part is OVER. At this point in time, and what makes this whole situation unacceptable is the customer service, after the incident no one reached out to me. I called and sent emails for about a month before I was finally able to get in touch with someone. There is no justification for that amount of time. Mistakes happen, but if there's not attempt to rectify the error and make your clients feel safe that's where there's a huge issue. I am stuck in this contract and have no peace of mind, I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I don't mind paying each month for a company I trust, a company where I know if something goes wrong they won't leave me hanging by the telephone. This is not alliance.

GBCon artists! I recently had a problem “resolved” by Allliance Security. While they did cancel my service in their system I’ve still been getting charged. The refund they issued was not for the full amount I was charged. No one still returns my calls even though I leave voicemails. My calls are forwarded constantly if I call more than once in a day. Like today I was told I would receive a call back in 30-40 minutes so I called back after about an hour and a half to see any progress on the problems that I have been trying to have resolved since before June of 2018. Every time I call I’m either immediately placed on hold then disconnected or forwarded to the voicemail of the extension I call after 2 rings. I’m beyond over this company and I’m looking forward to not having to deal with this company or any of their affiliates again. I wish I had a second set of hands to give them 4 thumbs down!

GBWelfare don't feed my kids Quit harassing me because I do not want $16/hr as family employment being a security guard. I paid, passed and all background reports are returned "nothing reportable." I'm a private citizen and might have to sue them for misuse of my personal identifiable data.

GBLies and lies is all you get from this… Lies and lies is all you get from this company. They will lure u in 5 years agreement without telling u, they will keep charging u every month even of u dont have a service working. They will cancel appointments on u without telling u, or technician just wont show up. They never answer or call u back when u need them, they will argue with u and will never try to make it up for their shady business. Worst ever.! They only want ur money!

GBHorrible service and cheat The service is horrible, I had the security system installed on 7/7, and i had 3 days to cancel. I called back on the 9th to cancel it, but no one answered. Received a call back from a manager whose name was Peter, on the 10th, and said that the company will come on the following Tuesday, the 17th, to have it uninstalled. I waited home all day for the people to come, no one showed up. I then called them back again, to confirm the uninstallation of the system, but they then said I cant have it removed without paying a fee, since it has been more than 3 days, which was their grace period. I feel cheated and lied to by the company, their customer service, and the manager Peter. I cant cancel my agreement anymore because it has been more than 3 days, but i also dont want to keep the service. I am stuck between paying 50 dollars every month for 3 years for a service i did not want, or, pay a fee of over one thousand, because they wouldnt come and remove the service upon request.
