GBMy experience with Alliance Security… My experience with Alliance Security wasn't good. The service technician was great. The customer service was bad. The service won't work. My husband couldn't connect to the security or doorbell. I had a problem connecting to the security system. Cancel my contract and it is hard getting my funds returned to my bank account. They give you a run-around. The five years contract is also crazy.

GBWould not let them secure my dogs house!!! Wouldn't let them secure my dog house!!! From the time of install had nothing but issues. Rep Jose Mangana misrepresented the company from the start. Never was told about the contract options, the extra service charges not included ie. Ring monitoring, Arlo monitoring. They broke my digital doorbell. I did not get the cameras I was told I'd be receiving. Even, after admitting knowledge of other customer complaints about Mr. Magana, Alliance still did not make the contracts or services right. They tried to tie me into a longer contract and make me pay extra for the cameras I didn't get at install. No skybell

GBAWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY! My home was broken into and 911 was not called. The issue with Baltimore PD not being contacted is up in the air, I think it's bad business, they said it was about registration--but that part is OVER. At this point in time, and what makes this whole situation unacceptable is the customer service, after the incident no one reached out to me. I called and sent emails for about a month before I was finally able to get in touch with someone. There is no justification for that amount of time. Mistakes happen, but if there's not attempt to rectify the error and make your clients feel safe that's where there's a huge issue. I am stuck in this contract and have no peace of mind, I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I don't mind paying each month for a company I trust, a company where I know if something goes wrong they won't leave me hanging by the telephone. This is not alliance.

GBDishonest sales rep The sales rep told me that the credit check would be a soft check but instead, it was a hard check TWICE- once by the company and once by their finance department. Also, I cancelled my service but they still took out the monthly payment for 2 months after I cancelled. I did get that money refunded, but it was a hassle. And what I can’t get repaired are the two hard checks to my credit.

GBI was told numerous times that I had so … I was told numerous times that I had so many free months because of major mess ups and I am still being billed. The billing department has been extremely rude and disrespectful. The last technician put huge holes in my walls and cords hanging out of my house. I was told that it would be fixed and now going on 2 months. I am now being billed for 6 months when 3 of thosewere supposed to be free. This is honestly the worst experience I’ve had with customer service in my life.
