Horrible.house caught on fire and alarm… Horrible.house caught on fire and alarm didn't go off. The only alarm that went off was one battery operated smoke detector I had that was even further away from the fire than the smoke detector from this company, does not work don't buy!!!

Jimmie Atkins Jimmy was prompt and very professional upon his arrival. He displayed a very friendly attitude and a very respectful attitude. Was glad to know he is a veteran, as myself! Dishonest sales rep The sales rep told me that the credit check would be a soft check but instead, it was a hard check TWICE- once by the company and once by their finance department. Also, I cancelled my service but they still took out the monthly payment for 2 months after I cancelled. I did get that money refunded, but it was a hassle. And what I can’t get repaired are the two hard checks to my credit.

Larry Freeman the technician came to … Larry Freeman the technician came to install cameras with my existing service. He realized my security system was not connected properly. He spent the next three hours or more, correcting everything before installing the cameras. He then made sure everything was right and answered all my questions. He really Went above and beyond. I really appreciated that.

Horrible service and cheat The service is horrible, I had the security system installed on 7/7, and i had 3 days to cancel. I called back on the 9th to cancel it, but no one answered. Received a call back from a manager whose name was Peter, on the 10th, and said that the company will come on the following Tuesday, the 17th, to have it uninstalled. I waited home all day for the people to come, no one showed up. I then called them back again, to confirm the uninstallation of the system, but they then said I cant have it removed without paying a fee, since it has been more than 3 days, which was their grace period. I feel cheated and lied to by the company, their customer service, and the manager Peter. I cant cancel my agreement anymore because it has been more than 3 days, but i also dont want to keep the service. I am stuck between paying 50 dollars every month for 3 years for a service i did not want, or, pay a fee of over one thousand, because they wouldnt come and remove the service upon request.
