GBWorst customer service & Products I can NEVER get ahold of anyone!! Their customer service is horrible. My doorbell and cameras have been offline and no one answers at customer service...... what a joke! They talked me into non hard wired cameras and said you would maybe have to change the batteries 1-2 times a year..... yeah right! Try every 3-4 weeks AND the batteries are uber expensive. I am beyond frustrated with this company. Unfortunately, I’m locked in a contract.

GBThis company is a joke This company is a joke! This company is the middle company like the middleman they offer no service all they do is go around and sell for other alarm companies such as Brinks! I wouldn't recommend this company at all they say they charged the amount but in two years it will go up 10 to $15 hours and don't believe that there is no such contract ask lockdown. The salesperson comes to me saying it will be 59 99 for the next 5 years if I sign a contract and there will be no increase whatsoever he lied

GBLies and lies is all you get from this… Lies and lies is all you get from this company. They will lure u in 5 years agreement without telling u, they will keep charging u every month even of u dont have a service working. They will cancel appointments on u without telling u, or technician just wont show up. They never answer or call u back when u need them, they will argue with u and will never try to make it up for their shady business. Worst ever.! They only want ur money!

GBNo one knows where the technicians are They just called me to replace my alarm system in my home. When i asked where their service technician was located near me he was unable to answer and hung up on me. If your sales person cannot tell me where your technician is located in Ohio?

GBLarry Freeman the technician came to … Larry Freeman the technician came to install cameras with my existing service. He realized my security system was not connected properly. He spent the next three hours or more, correcting everything before installing the cameras. He then made sure everything was right and answered all my questions. He really Went above and beyond. I really appreciated that.
