Con artists! I recently had a problem “resolved” by Allliance Security. While they did cancel my service in their system I’ve still been getting charged. The refund they issued was not for the full amount I was charged. No one still returns my calls even though I leave voicemails. My calls are forwarded constantly if I call more than once in a day. Like today I was told I would receive a call back in 30-40 minutes so I called back after about an hour and a half to see any progress on the problems that I have been trying to have resolved since before June of 2018. Every time I call I’m either immediately placed on hold then disconnected or forwarded to the voicemail of the extension I call after 2 rings. I’m beyond over this company and I’m looking forward to not having to deal with this company or any of their affiliates again. I wish I had a second set of hands to give them 4 thumbs down!

Worst customer service & Products I can NEVER get ahold of anyone!! Their customer service is horrible. My doorbell and cameras have been offline and no one answers at customer service...... what a joke! They talked me into non hard wired cameras and said you would maybe have to change the batteries 1-2 times a year..... yeah right! Try every 3-4 weeks AND the batteries are uber expensive. I am beyond frustrated with this company. Unfortunately, I’m locked in a contract.

Larry Freeman the technician came to … Larry Freeman the technician came to install cameras with my existing service. He realized my security system was not connected properly. He spent the next three hours or more, correcting everything before installing the cameras. He then made sure everything was right and answered all my questions. He really Went above and beyond. I really appreciated that.

No one knows where the technicians are They just called me to replace my alarm system in my home. When i asked where their service technician was located near me he was unable to answer and hung up on me. If your sales person cannot tell me where your technician is located in Ohio?

Would not let them secure my dogs house!!! Wouldn't let them secure my dog house!!! From the time of install had nothing but issues. Rep Jose Mangana misrepresented the company from the start. Never was told about the contract options, the extra service charges not included ie. Ring monitoring, Arlo monitoring. They broke my digital doorbell. I did not get the cameras I was told I'd be receiving. Even, after admitting knowledge of other customer complaints about Mr. Magana, Alliance still did not make the contracts or services right. They tried to tie me into a longer contract and make me pay extra for the cameras I didn't get at install. No skybell
