I want to give it a 5 so bad because… I want to give it a 5 so bad because the first several days it was awesome! However, not even a week into using it, those micro holes became clogged, compromised, or defective. There are at least 20 that are now shooting water streams in every other direction but down. The majority are still fine, the water pressure is still superb, but it’s very disappointing that being brand new, the micro holes are malfunctioning.

Wife liked but complained it was now mounted too high and was hard for her to reach. Regret having to purchase hose and adapters. Also was surprised to learn that you do not have a return policy. Scammers. Absolute garbage product. The worst product on the planet. When I placed my order I was able to select a 'free' special offer...one package of replacement beads ... which wasn't included in the shipment in which the shower head came. On December 31st, 2022 I received and email stating my order was being prepared for shipment. I emailed the company and they gave me details said order, Unlimited refills on beads for $29.99, for which I had not authorized. I sent two more emails requesting follow up to refund this charge. Not a single reply.

If you have hard water I do not… If you have hard water I do not recommend. I ordered the 2 showerheads while we were renovating our bathroom and just installed it. It is completely clogged after a week and did not allow a change in settings when we pushed the button. It stayed the same and we could never get a different spray from it. I have not tried the 2nd head as I'm very disappointed. I was sure this would be our answer to hard water issues.
