Definitely a must buy!!! I love this product. The shower head in my shower, I thought was pretty good in water pressure but I was wrong. Once I installed Allen Force shower head I completely saw the difference in water pressure. Easy to install, three different settings with equally water pressure in all three settings. When I took a shower, I saw the beads do their work and the water felt great. I honestly felt I didn’t take as long as I usually do to take a shower because of the water pressure. After the shower I did see a little bit of a difference in the feel of my skin, left a soft silky feeling. I highly recommend!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I read all these reviews. I read all the reviews on their Instagram calling them frauds and I still ordered. I placed two orders because they choose not to tell you that it doesn’t come with the connecting pieces. So I placed two back to back orders with expedited shipping. The first package was NOT expedited. The second package was never sent. Countless emails and messages and crickets. Frauds.

If you have hard water I do not… If you have hard water I do not recommend. I ordered the 2 showerheads while we were renovating our bathroom and just installed it. It is completely clogged after a week and did not allow a change in settings when we pushed the button. It stayed the same and we could never get a different spray from it. I have not tried the 2nd head as I'm very disappointed. I was sure this would be our answer to hard water issues.

Absolutely terrible customer service… Absolutely terrible customer service and support. They only allow contact via email. I placed an order on Nov 28. I emailed on Dec 7 asking about my order status. I only got vague answers and half promises. I emailed again on Dec 11. No response. I emailed again on Dec 14. No response. 3 weeks after placing my order, I still had no answers and no product. I emailed on Dec 15 and cancelled my order. Two weeks later I still had not received confirmation of the cancellation or a refund. Much to my surprise, on Tuesday, Jan 3, I received my order. Almost 3 weeks after cancelling. I made multiple attempts to leave a review with comments and could not. Absolutely terrible experience start to finish.

This company has been charging me for a phony subscription… This company has been charging me for a subscription. After multiple attempts to inquire about the charges, they finally got back to me indicating that the charges are for a subscription that I never signed up for. they said they sent me an email with my username and password. I did not receive an email. Still have not heard back from them about cancelling tis "said" subscription. Do not buy from this company. They overcharge and are misleading.
