This company has been charging me… This company has been charging me $29.99 per month for the last 5 months. When i called to find out why, they said i had a subscription *which i never consented to*. They helped me camel it and said they would escalate my refund request but if approved, they would only refund up to 2 months. This is outrageous because i never agreed to a subscription and never received anything from the supposed subscription.

Scammers. Absolute garbage product. The worst product on the planet. When I placed my order I was able to select a 'free' special offer...one package of replacement beads ... which wasn't included in the shipment in which the shower head came. On December 31st, 2022 I received and email stating my order was being prepared for shipment. I emailed the company and they gave me details said order, Unlimited refills on beads for $29.99, for which I had not authorized. I sent two more emails requesting follow up to refund this charge. Not a single reply.

Poor Quality, Cheap Material, Don't Recommend The hose is of poor quality, one piece is made of plastic, and is supposed to withstand water pressure. This won't last very long. The showerhead itself doesn't function very well and a quick google search will show that this is probably a drop-ship product of poor quality.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I read all these reviews. I read all the reviews on their Instagram calling them frauds and I still ordered. I placed two orders because they choose not to tell you that it doesn’t come with the connecting pieces. So I placed two back to back orders with expedited shipping. The first package was NOT expedited. The second package was never sent. Countless emails and messages and crickets. Frauds.

The alpenforce is a great buy The alpenforce is really cool to start off with. Only issues is that the bottom handle is a lot thicker than most shower head handles so it doesn’t fit most shower head hooks. The alpenforce sits on my shower hook not securely so I have to keep it in the second settle because the water pressure makes it fly off the hook. Within the 2 shower one of the water holes started pointing in the opposite direction so when I have my face to the water, one stream of water aims into my eye. Very annoying to have to tilt so I don’t get squirted in the eye. Over all the water pressure is amazing, I feel I have softer skin, and it is a great bye.
