Dishonest from the very beginning Dishonest from the very beginning. Said there was no contract and then somehow I’m locked into a 5 year contract! Said we would receive cameras and garage remote opening and closing. We received one still camera and they re-used old sensors that were already in the house we had just bought. Customer service is HORRIBLE and rude and causes you to have to defend yourself. Their installer was NOT licensed by the state when he installed our system and we never received an operator manual for our system. It’s had to be replaced since and we got a “new” one with reduced options. At least the old one looked better. Now our doorbell doesn’t work. Total ripoff and rude customer service. The last technician that came was, however, nice.

Excellent Service I recently bought a house and took over the buyers contact. I have had nothing but dedicated employees trying to do all they can to assist me. Our installer Anthony V., is a great guy, he has gone above and beyond in educating me about security systems and other ways to keep our house safe. I would recommend GHS to everyone.

We have had GHS since February 2018 We have had GHS since February 2018. The service is good, customer service when you can reach them is great. They have certain operational hours, so you don't have someone live to speak with 24/7 if there is a technical issue with equipment. However as far as being able to secure home and feel safe, they are great and response time is awesome.

My motions detection that I was told… My motions detection that I was told would work so great is not working properly for me. I was sold on this camera that has been replaced and still doing the same thing. Customer service is another issue for me and that really sucks. Worst company Worst company. Very shady, awful service. Technician was nice and able to fix problem but then company comes back and charges you for euipment on “free” service call. System is never monitored so no faith that cops would come even if alarm goes off. Stay away
