GBThis is by far the worst experience… This is by far the worst experience ever with this company. Lied to about the length of the contract. Do your research and read all reviews on other review sites about how many years your contract will end up being and about how you will have the hardest time canceling the contract after the time period is up!!! They get you stuck and if you ever try to cancel before the years they keep adding to your contract, you'll have to pay all the years in advance to cancel the contract. They get you stuck with them. It's a scam they work by to keep robbing you. Terrible!!!

GBMy motions detection that I was told… My motions detection that I was told would work so great is not working properly for me. I was sold on this camera that has been replaced and still doing the same thing. Customer service is another issue for me and that really sucks. GBGlad I switched I switched to GHS from another company 4 years ago and just renewed my contract. There have been minor glitches here and there, but the company has always worked very hard to keep the system working smoothly and fix any issues. They always try to find a way to help immediately over the phone, if possible, before setting up an appointment to come out in person. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home security system.

GBVIO/GHS - CONSUMER BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE!!! From reading the reviews, we are NOT the only one who DID NOT receive the alleged notice of change from GHS to Vio and the notice of rates change and the date it will be taken out. Adan - I hope you did not pay a lot for that "LEADERSHIP" crew you were BS'ing about. WE DID NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH VIO. Cancel our account please and stop robbing your once happy customers blind!

GBWe have had GHS since February 2018 We have had GHS since February 2018. The service is good, customer service when you can reach them is great. They have certain operational hours, so you don't have someone live to speak with 24/7 if there is a technical issue with equipment. However as far as being able to secure home and feel safe, they are great and response time is awesome.
