GBA GHS rep came to my elderly father's… A GHS rep came to my elderly father's door in September and got him to switch from Brinks to GHS with the promise of paying off his Brinks account. They have not paid it off, so he has been forced to double pay. Efforts by my father, my brother-in-law and me to contact GHS Customer Service to correct the situation have gone unanswered. WARNING: Don't do business with this company that preys on gullible seniors, does not fulfill its commitments, and is unresponsive to customer requests for assistance.

GBVIO/GHS - CONSUMER BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE!!! From reading the reviews, we are NOT the only one who DID NOT receive the alleged notice of change from GHS to Vio and the notice of rates change and the date it will be taken out. Adan - I hope you did not pay a lot for that "LEADERSHIP" crew you were BS'ing about. WE DID NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH VIO. Cancel our account please and stop robbing your once happy customers blind!

GBDishonest from the very beginning Dishonest from the very beginning. Said there was no contract and then somehow I’m locked into a 5 year contract! Said we would receive cameras and garage remote opening and closing. We received one still camera and they re-used old sensors that were already in the house we had just bought. Customer service is HORRIBLE and rude and causes you to have to defend yourself. Their installer was NOT licensed by the state when he installed our system and we never received an operator manual for our system. It’s had to be replaced since and we got a “new” one with reduced options. At least the old one looked better. Now our doorbell doesn’t work. Total ripoff and rude customer service. The last technician that came was, however, nice.

GBVery Dissatisfied the salesman told me it would… The salesmen told me it would cost nothing because he was just switching out equipment because they bought out ADT. Which I do not believe is true. Then when installation is completed the phone verification lady explains its a 60 month agreement. I told the salesman I wanted to cancel and to remove the equipment and he tried to charge me $200.00, which made me laugh. I believe he was a sub contractor. I do not like people who say one thing and then try to change the terms after the fact. I Would never recommend this company.

GBTotal garbage Total garbage. The only time anything got fixed on our system was when I fixed it myself. This is the only company I have ever done business with that cares nothing about customer satisfaction or service. Stay far away from GHS Security!!!!
