GBNot that simple My issue is the takeover swith. We were told we could use our existing door/window sensors by installing a takeover switch. A week later and my alarm is still not up and running. Linkinteractive technical support has tried to talk me thru install, but that's like trying to talk someone thru flying a plane with absolutely no experience! I feel the sales person should not have made it seem so simple. If you don't know anything about circuit boards and all the stuff that goes with it, then don't attempt it. Also we have not been able to find anyone that is willing to work on another company's equipment.

GBPREDATORY CANCELATION POLICY PREDATORY CANCELATION POLICY. I was a customer for 7 years. When I canceled my service the forced me to pay an additional month due to their predatory cancelation policy. I agreed, but they turned off my service immediately. When I called to correct the issue they refused to turn on my service through the date in which I paid or compensate for services not rendered.

GBScammers trying to manipulate you into useless equipment and a three year contract Hi I worked with somebody over the phone and they didn’t tell me that the alarm system was depending on my Internet they didn’t tell me that they sign three-year contracts and they pressured me into signing what I thought was a month-to-month agreement not only that but I never installed my equipment and the activated billing for me and I never use the equipment equipment been returned to the company and they’ve tried to collect money for service that they never provided if you were considering using this company I would suggest you look elsewhere because it’s a scam and they high-pressure you in to getting their equipment to try to get payment out of you for three years and then I’ll say that you got a contract

GBOngoing issues, in almost every way. Way too many issues with sales people not knowing their product, shipping the wrong stuff, techs not knowing how to install, and despite my attempts to avoid these issues over and over with all their reassurances, they kept happening. :( The dispatch people are nice enough, but will dispatch someone then spend 10min on the phone with you leading up to the fact that they dispatched police (which I then need to immediately cancel, if possible!) because we haven't found a way for my users to confirm their identities for false alarms. Still with malfunctioning equipment, unacceptable installs, and still can't figure out an appropriate way to use the service in a way that works for us. Working on it...

GBNever ending problems Never ending problems. On the phone with them every month. They keep identifying new issues with the sensors and the brain. Replaced most of the equipment and gladly paid for it, my problem is that they cannot get my system working no matter what. I don't mind paying, just fix my system!!!! Thoroughly disgusted.
