MXSensor issues Constantly having sensors go off for no reason. They are all door/window sensors. I think that the batteries might be old in all of them. We have not set our alarm in weeks because of it. The camera's also go off line easily. Our last company we had for 3 years and had no issues at all.

GBFrustrated with Product We have had issues from day one. The first door lock was defective and had to be replaced. Just recently we had an issue where we bought a new router for our internet and our camera couldn't recognize it. After multiple phone calls, it was determined we would have to use an Ethernet cord to connect. We did not have this cord. It was like jumping thru hoops to have someone find a cord for us (seriously, I'm sure we aren't the only people to need this special Ethernet cord at a $20 price) They want you to buy their service but then don't want to service you when you need assistance. As an edit. I have checked the box the camera came in and all the other boxes with he additional equipment. The cord adapter was not there. Regardless of whether it was left out or I misplaced it, I simply wanted a replacement which took an act of congress and almost a week to get a response.

GBAwful and ineffective products Horrible product. Alarm went off for no reason and kept going off. The whole thing is a hassle. Got a new alarm and was missing the brain. Customer service isn't helpful.

GBPREDATORY CANCELATION POLICY PREDATORY CANCELATION POLICY. I was a customer for 7 years. When I canceled my service the forced me to pay an additional month due to their predatory cancelation policy. I agreed, but they turned off my service immediately. When I called to correct the issue they refused to turn on my service through the date in which I paid or compensate for services not rendered.

GBso I made an unfavorable review about Link Interactive and this was thier reply so I made an unfavorable review about how long it took to set up account. Link Interactive replies that the problem was a hold on my account. Making it seem like the problem was related to me. When I called the did not indicate a hold on my account. They just said that it was taking longer to process. Buyer beware of a security company that is unable to take responsibility for their own missteps. I now have zero trust in this company and want to make sure other know that hey do not tell the truth. Trust is all important to me as it relates to the company I trust with my home security.
