They don't deserve 1 star.. this company is useless...I've rang I don't know how many times been charged a lot for the call aswel as only have mobile.. they got me in front of the cameras..as I needed to change mobile number and they still haven't done...and can't log in because of this...they are literally useless..don't help waste ur time..go with another company ..not these waste of space

As much use as a chocolate teapot Power dip and the Ring doorbell is down yet again. Take the battery out to charge it and hours wasted getting it back online. The rip off subscription should be on the box stating it's free for 1 months only. I believe this company is owned by Amazon which would explain it all.

Appalling customer service My ring door bell battery lasts a few days maximum on full charge , I pay the full ring subscription. When I called to ask for help I was told there’s no complaints department and they don’t except complaints and there’s nothing they can do

Terrible do not buy the stick up… Terrible do not buy the stick up cameras! Yes picture is good but it constantly freezes and now after 5.5 months stopped working all together. The plan is a rip off too, nearly £40 per camera. Not worth it as there are much better ones out there. Waste of £260 don’t bother with them!! If I could could 0 I would.
