Protect-america is the best bang for the buck. I can't say anything bad about this company, they are there when you need them and they work with you about any concerns that you have. its a good feeling to know that nobody has entered your home prior to your arrival, you can't put a price on that. I have highly recommended this company in the past and will continue in the future. Its a must have utility bill now a days that I don't mind paying unlike cable. Everybody should check out their services because I am sure you will like what you see.

Great at start up, now no one want to help me, place on hold for a long time when I called for assistance. When I first signed up everyone there was helpful and I can get help quickly. Now, every time I called for anything like monthly testing, question about changing my auto pay from one bank to another, seem like I am taking a back seat. Waiting time is longer and when the person pick up, he/she put me back on hold so he/she can transfer me to someone else. Ive been with this company for 2.5 months and it is being treated like this I cant wait to see how they going to treat me as a customer as time move on.

My home is secure when I leave home. I have used Protect America for over 4 years to make me feel safe and secure both at home and when I am away. I have protection which will alert the fire department whether I am home or not. If someone breaks a window, walks through my home or opens any door or window, an alarm will send them running and notify the police. If you want the same peace of mind that I have, I highly recommend Protect America. One additional note; I would suggest the remote touch pad which can set the alarms after I have gone to bed.

Use ANYone else Had PA for years, had payments setup on automatic. 101 yr old mother needed me so I moved 2000 miles. PA hounded and threatened me for the last six months payments for a system I didn't own. Legally acceptable, humanely disgusting. Service was adequate but I will never use nor recommend them to anyone. They are only interested in your wallet and couldn't care less about the customer.
