GBThere monitoring number is no longer… There monitoring number is no longer monitoring for Protect America as of May 5th, 2020. Their main number is no longer taking calls, you have to 'text' them your question. Obviously this is not the correct way to do business. They should have emailed each client to let them know they will not be doing business the same way in the future. From what I can tell by the CEO and 'Dave' is that the business has taken a big hit by everyone now at home. It is a crime they are not being transparent. I have instructed my bank to stop automatic payments since there is no service.

GBMy home is secure when I leave home. I have used Protect America for over 4 years to make me feel safe and secure both at home and when I am away. I have protection which will alert the fire department whether I am home or not. If someone breaks a window, walks through my home or opens any door or window, an alarm will send them running and notify the police. If you want the same peace of mind that I have, I highly recommend Protect America. One additional note; I would suggest the remote touch pad which can set the alarms after I have gone to bed.

GBI agree with everyone that say protect… I agree with everyone that say protect America is a scam. I called several times when I had them about their horrible service, when I ask to cancel they said no. You have to pay 2000 dollars to cancel. The alarms was going off for no reason and they tried to send signals. Nothing work. So they put it on my credit. A man called me getting smart with me. They rude and they will not bully me because they have horrible service.

GBDoes not actually provide security Does not actually provide security. The systems are cheap, and when they fail to perform basic functions, the company hides behind long term contracts to keep you paying monthly. Very frustrating, have tried many times to cancel or get something that works...countless hours testing my patience with customer service, tech support, and upper management. Can't wait until my contract is expired so I can get away from this company. (Note: My original contact w Protect America was transferred to Alarm.com; not sure of their affiliation, but my review applies to both companies)

GBGood company, equipment is okay I have been with protect America for years and I love being with the company. My only challenge with them is the type of equipment that they provide for us for in home monitoring. I get phone false alarms at least twice per year, I get phone calls from them saying my alarm went off when in fact it did not, or my alarm goes off and nothing was out there to trigger the alarm. The cell phone monitoring system is great because I can arm and disarm from my cell phone. Customer service reps are always wonderful to talk to and always helpful.
