GBScammers! Beware of Dishonesty!! Scammers, dishonest and horrible customer service! I fulfilled my requirement as a customer (after months of horrible service and false alarms with their equipment), returned my equipment to them which delivered to their facility on Aug 2. I thought I was finally done but no. They sent me a bill for $718 two months later claiming my equipment had not delivered and they can't find it!! SCAMMERS! I opened a case with BBB but they are not responding! Horrible, run from this company!!

GBThis company makes it IMPOSSIBLE to… This company makes it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. They do not let you cancel online and they make up ridiculous rules that impede your ability to cancel their services. I sold my house over a year ago and moved across country I have been trying to cancel the service for months. I they kept denying my attempt due to, "requiring further identification" or "word passcode needs to be reset" there is always a reason why i couldn't cancel. in total since i stopped using their service they charged me an additional $865.76! I had to go through my bank and stop them from charging me further.

GBTerrible company They are terrible to deal with in customer service got hung up on 3 times and they hide costs in their billing. Their cancellation fees are ridiculous so better be with them for 5 years and in some cases more otherwise your paying lots of money. When I asked to talk to a manager I was told the customer service lady was the manager also lol wow

GBBad customer service- equipment doesn't work Installers were nice enough. However, the motion sensor kept getting set off by my cat. Company replaced sensor, moved it, adjusted sensitivity-still went off. When I spoke to customer service they said they'll drop the sensor from the system and that was it. When I explained this wasn't a good resolution for me since I signed up for the service for the advertiSed motion sensor and door sensors. The rep explained "well the motion sensor was free". I then decided I didn't want to continue with this company. Transferred me to someone else...they promised to call me back tomorrow (I was in middle of teaching class when alarm was set off my cat) I never got phone call. Terrible customer service. No follow through and poor equipment.

GBDON'T DO IT If you are looking to subscribe to security service with ADT/Protection1 Don't do it! They make it near impossible to cancel your service. It's taken over 6 months and countless hours on the phone, emails, and running around. It took SO LONG and they kept on charging us while we jumped through all their hoops. There are so many wireless cameras and other services. I would look elsewhere.
