NORTHSTAR FRAUD As a retired combat veteran an# cancer survivor, I thought I'd seen it all! This company is a menace ro Capitalism but fair practices. I've request a cancelation of services only to later found out they sold my account ro FORTIVA RETAIL CREDIT.

NorthStar Horrible Customer Service My family (my mother) has been stuck with these people since June 2015. They automatically extend the contract 18 months and won't let you cancel it. Since the account was in my mother's name and she passed away, Northstar added my name to the account without any documentation, so it couldn't be cancelled. The hardware was run through a landline which was disconnected last summer. NorthStar is not interested in the customer having updated equipment either. The current equipment is 7 years old and beeps because ATT removed 3G towers. There is no monitoring as the equimpent is no longer receiving a signal. NorthStar is only interested in collecting their money from customers. All around NOT NICE OR PROFESSIONAL people. The word fraud comes to mind.

Horrible company Horrible company, I been trying to get out of their contract for months and they always find something to keep me hook, their faulty equipment will work for a few months and after that they will charge you for every technician visit. Stay away from this company, nothing but a scam.

Too bad I can’t select zero stars Too bad I can’t select zero stars! Deceptive business practices. They always find a reason to not cancel your contract which auto renews for 18 months! My first BBB complaint is because of this miserable company. Save yourself! Run don’t walk from this company.

"I MADE THE WORST DECISION IN MY LIFE"… "I MADE THE WORST DECISION IN MY LIFE" getting this security system installed at my residence on November 18th, 2017. Today is April 16th, 2018 and I'm still experiencing issues. I CAN'T GET HOLD OF technical support, customer service , not even the regional manager of this area ! My alarm system has been working on and off until yesterday in which both security panels are frozen. MY HOME IS NOT PROTECTED NEITHER AM I !
