Appalling. DO NOT USE Their products are reasonably priced but the compliments end here. Like many of the other reviewers have stated here, dreadful customer service, especially on the delivery side of things. Telephone staff are rude and patronising too. I found the same products online for the same price with free delivery and guaranteed one hour delivery slots. Use this company at your peril.

Good prices but not sure about the products My order delivered next day and a replacement also dispatched super fast, but the first item had creatures in it ( brown weevils/ beetles?) and arrived in a damaged box. The replacement also arrived very quickly, but again the box and contents looked li,e very old stock that had been lying around for a long time and stored in below optimum conditions

Product purchased (Naturediet) is way below usual standard Purchased 3 pack x 18 punnets of Naturediet. A number of the punnets had leaked inside the boxes resulting in having to wash all 54 punnets. Now I have actually started to use them, the quality is way below any I have purchased over the last 6 years (usually buy online from GW Titmuss, but their website was down). The consistency of the dog food is normally quite hard, like butter or pate. This batch is more like a disgusting yogurt.
