Excellent and very fast service, will definitely use again We hadn't used this particular supplier before but because our normal one had run out of stock we didn't have a lot of choice....but what a great decision. They have been absolutely excellent - easy to use web site, free postage on our order, plenty of information by email to keep us up to date as to how things were progressing and next day delivery. Highly recommended.

Fluvac Great product. Left a bit of dirt in the tank to trial this new product. Amazing, does the job perfectly. Easy to use, clean and tidy. Swell has a company has been amazing. Had a minor issue with yodel (who doesn't) but the Swell customer service team was straight on the case and dealt with immediately. Nice staff on phone!! 1st time I have used Swell Pets but I had to get in contact with them as my next day delivery didn't happen (it was 3 days late) and when it did arrive the contents were damaged. Really nice guy on phone sorted refund on damaged goods and was very polite. Will use them again but hopefully I won't encounter the same delivery problems with Parcel Force as it was extremely BAD!!!!!!
