A really "swell" company. This is the 2nd time I've used Swell Pets to buy my dog food, and I wouldn't go elsewhere now. Order one day, email confirmation same day, despatch confirmed & delivery (if not w/end) the next day 😀 On opening delivery this time I noticed the package had been dropped, no fault of Swell Pets, I called customer services & Immediately was offered a refund for the packs unusable, perfect. However when completely opened the damage was more than I had thought, only 3/18 packs ok. Called Swell Pets again.......charming again, and a free replacement was on its way.! 10/10 😄

Fluvac Great product. Left a bit of dirt in the tank to trial this new product. Amazing, does the job perfectly. Easy to use, clean and tidy. Swell has a company has been amazing. Had a minor issue with yodel (who doesn't) but the Swell customer service team was straight on the case and dealt with immediately. Thank you and I look forward to purchasing other products from you in the future.

Appalling. DO NOT USE Their products are reasonably priced but the compliments end here. Like many of the other reviewers have stated here, dreadful customer service, especially on the delivery side of things. Telephone staff are rude and patronising too. I found the same products online for the same price with free delivery and guaranteed one hour delivery slots. Use this company at your peril.

Always know when the delivery will come The free delivery for orders over a certain amount is brilliant. I know my dogs' food will come next day when I order before 3pm the day before. The order has never failed to arrive. I sometimes combine my sister's order with my own so she doesn't have to pay for delivery on her smaller pet food order. Also a lot cheaper than my local pet shops.
