GBJust wanted to say WOW what a company Just wanted to say WOW what a company, ordered parts on-line on Thanksgiving day (22 Nov) and received them on Saturday (24 Nov) afternoon. Now that's what I call service, something unheard now a days from other companies. Another thing I didn't notice when I placed my order was your in Michigan another plus in my book. I'll be installing all the new parts today and look forward to hearing our Dyson DC17 humming like brand new one again. Again Thank you for the great service and if I ever need any parts again I'll be contacting you again.

GBGreat value OEM replacement Even though this part was not a complete replacement for my failed Dyson Animal motor body (no power take-off for the power brush head attachment), by swapping the circuit board covers, it was made operational. The replacement unit is brand new and has restored the functionality of my hand-held vacuum to "like new". Unit arrived quickly and is a great value OEM replacement. Thank You!

GBI had ordered a few items over a month… I had ordered a few items over a month ago and i got 1 item quick and good quality. However i have received several emails telling me the vacuum bags had been shipped only i still have not received them. So i can not in good conscience give more than 1 star a the vacuum bags should be the easier item to get as they are available at wallmart these days. I would just rather get them from a reputable dealer if that were possible. Thank you,David Eggen

GBNever Answer phone Call , And no email response I bought vacuum and suction was really bad from day one I tried to call them on number provided nearly one month but no answer at all they put me on hold more than 40 min and my call drops automatically . Tried to send them email nothing happen so far . Unbelievably Bad service

GBWhat customer service? There is NONE I bought an end cap to fix my Dyson and had gotten the wrong part so I tried to contact them for a "hassle-free" return and to this day have gotten no response. I left numerous messages, sent several emails and NOTHING. I decided to go elsewhere. What customer service? There was none.
