GBJust wanted to say WOW what a company Just wanted to say WOW what a company, ordered parts on-line on Thanksgiving day (22 Nov) and received them on Saturday (24 Nov) afternoon. Now that's what I call service, something unheard now a days from other companies. Another thing I didn't notice when I placed my order was your in Michigan another plus in my book. I'll be installing all the new parts today and look forward to hearing our Dyson DC17 humming like brand new one again. Again Thank you for the great service and if I ever need any parts again I'll be contacting you again.

GBGreat parts and quick delivery I was about to purchase a new Dyson to replace my 7 year old DC25 because the extendable hose had cracks in it. I had never even thought of purchasing a replacement part (duh!) until a friend mentioned it. I found the part on VacuumDirect.com for a reasonable price. I also purchased 2 new filters. The order shipped very quickly, which I was so pleased about. The parts are genuine and the install was a breeze. I would definitely order from here again.

GBImpossible to replace part without a… Impossible to replace part without a diagram. Went to web and there were so many variations. The seller should asked for more specific information on the exact vac model, or give me a phone number to call at Dyson.

GBMy first time to fix my own vacuum I never thought of repairing my Dyson myself but after I took the vacuum head apart to see what was wrong with it, I thought I'd give it a shot. The parts diagrams on the website were very helpful in ordering the right part. The price was right and the part arrived quickly. Once I unboxed it, it took about two minutes to remove the old head and install the new one. I would have liked to seen the part packed a little better but it arrived in perfect condition.

GBgreat place and product Finding the needed product was easy, placing the order and payment process was easy and quick. The part was exactly what I needed and shipped out quick. Only issue was the shipping notice came via email after the product already arrived in my email. But USPS is always unreliable with shipping notices, so I’m sure the company received it late. Would definitely recommend and will likely buy my next vacuum from here.
