GBGreat value OEM replacement Even though this part was not a complete replacement for my failed Dyson Animal motor body (no power take-off for the power brush head attachment), by swapping the circuit board covers, it was made operational. The replacement unit is brand new and has restored the functionality of my hand-held vacuum to "like new". Unit arrived quickly and is a great value OEM replacement. Thank You!

GBgreat place and product Finding the needed product was easy, placing the order and payment process was easy and quick. The part was exactly what I needed and shipped out quick. Only issue was the shipping notice came via email after the product already arrived in my email. But USPS is always unreliable with shipping notices, so I’m sure the company received it late. Would definitely recommend and will likely buy my next vacuum from here.

GBThis company is not accessible! Ordered a replacement part on January 14. It's now February 7 and I have received no updates regarding the status. Status online says "order confirmed". Followed up twice by email with no response. Found a phone number on the website and you can't speak anyone as they force you to leave a message. This is terrible customer service. Send me my product or return my money!

GBBrilliant thanks Ordered a vacuum via eBay. the item arrived sooner than expected packed very safely not original box but this was in the advert and packed better then original anyway. All extra parts included. clean tidy ready to go still fantastic little vacuum. And price very well. thanks will recommend to anyone after a cheap vacuum.

GBNever Answer phone Call , And no email response I bought vacuum and suction was really bad from day one I tried to call them on number provided nearly one month but no answer at all they put me on hold more than 40 min and my call drops automatically . Tried to send them email nothing happen so far . Unbelievably Bad service
