I ordered several parts for 2 different Dysons, and they all arrived very quickly and were OEM parts. The prices are just a bit high, I think, but having the right parts, well-indexed, and in-stock makes it worthwhile.

USBetter than working with the manufacturer I had ordered a part from Dyson based on what their website recommended. I waited three weeks for a part to arrive from New York (I live in Atlanta - I could have walked to New York in three weeks) and Dyson sent the wrong part. Calls to their customer service have gone unanswered. Vacuum Direct not only sent the correct part, they got it to me in less than a week. Funny how the actual manufacturer couldn't do that. Vacuum Direct has my business from now on.

USGreat parts and quick delivery I was about to purchase a new Dyson to replace my 7 year old DC25 because the extendable hose had cracks in it. USGreat value OEM replacement Even though this part was not a complete replacement for my failed Dyson Animal motor body (no power take-off for the power brush head attachment), by swapping the circuit board covers, it was made operational. The replacement unit is brand new and has restored the functionality of my hand-held vacuum to "like new". Unit arrived quickly and is a great value OEM replacement. Thank You!
