Just wanted to say WOW what a company Just wanted to say WOW what a company, ordered parts on-line on Thanksgiving day (22 Nov) and received them on Saturday (24 Nov) afternoon. Now that's what I call service, something unheard now a days from other companies. Another thing I didn't notice when I placed my order was your in Michigan another plus in my book. I'll be installing all the new parts today and look forward to hearing our Dyson DC17 humming like brand new one again. Again Thank you for the great service and if I ever need any parts again I'll be contacting you again.

Never Answer phone Call , And no email response I bought vacuum and suction was really bad from day one I tried to call them on number provided nearly one month but no answer at all they put me on hold more than 40 min and my call drops automatically . Tried to send them email nothing happen so far . Unbelievably Bad service

What customer service? There is NONE I bought an end cap to fix my Dyson and had gotten the wrong part so I tried to contact them for a "hassle-free" return and to this day have gotten no response. I left numerous messages, sent several emails and NOTHING. I decided to go elsewhere. What customer service? There was none.

Better than working with the manufacturer I had ordered a part from Dyson based on what their website recommended. I waited three weeks for a part to arrive from New York (I live in Atlanta - I could have walked to New York in three weeks) and Dyson sent the wrong part. Calls to their customer service have gone unanswered. Vacuum Direct not only sent the correct part, they got it to me in less than a week. Funny how the actual manufacturer couldn't do that. Vacuum Direct has my business from now on.

Dyson Turbine Attachment..great price! I was looking for an OEM part for my Dyson vaccuum and Vaccuum Direct had the absolute best price of all websites I checked. Delivery was speedy and I was rather pleased with whole experience. Also as a sidebar comment I was surprised after ordering that the vendor was in Michigan, the state I was born and raised in.
