Only issue was the shipping notice came via email after the product already arrived in my email. But USPS is always unreliable with shipping notices, so I’m sure the company received it late. Would definitely recommend and will likely buy my next vacuum from here.

GBExcellent Excellent, fast service. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from VacuumDirect. I've ordered filters for both my Dyson Ball and Dyson DC44 Animal and both times it could not have gone smoother. The replacement filters are original Dyson equipment not generic parts. I'll order from them again.

GBGreat value OEM replacement Even though this part was not a complete replacement for my failed Dyson Animal motor body (no power take-off for the power brush head attachment), by swapping the circuit board covers, it was made operational. The replacement unit is brand new and has restored the functionality of my hand-held vacuum to "like new". Unit arrived quickly and is a great value OEM replacement. Thank You!

GBMy first time to fix my own vacuum I never thought of repairing my Dyson myself but after I took the vacuum head apart to see what was wrong with it, I thought I'd give it a shot. The parts diagrams on the website were very helpful in ordering the right part. The price was right and the part arrived quickly. Once I unboxed it, it took about two minutes to remove the old head and install the new one. I would have liked to seen the part packed a little better but it arrived in perfect condition.

GBWhat customer service? There is NONE I bought an end cap to fix my Dyson and had gotten the wrong part so I tried to contact them for a "hassle-free" return and to this day have gotten no response. I left numerous messages, sent several emails and NOTHING. I decided to go elsewhere. What customer service? There was none.
