GBBetter than working with the manufacturer I had ordered a part from Dyson based on what their website recommended. I waited three weeks for a part to arrive from New York (I live in Atlanta - I could have walked to New York in three weeks) and Dyson sent the wrong part. Calls to their customer service have gone unanswered. Vacuum Direct not only sent the correct part, they got it to me in less than a week. Funny how the actual manufacturer couldn't do that. Vacuum Direct has my business from now on.

GBImpossible to replace part without a… Impossible to replace part without a diagram. Went to web and there were so many variations. The seller should asked for more specific information on the exact vac model, or give me a phone number to call at Dyson.

I've ordered filters for both my Dyson Ball and Dyson DC44 Animal and both times it could not have gone smoother. The replacement filters are original Dyson equipment not generic parts. I'll order from them again.

All extra parts included. clean tidy ready to go still fantastic little vacuum. And price very well. thanks will recommend to anyone after a cheap vacuum.
