Not $20/hr, double that Once I signed up I was locked into $49/month for 6 months. If I tried to cancel before that they would charge me an additional $237 for first 6 hr clean. Yes that's as advertised, no issue there. Once I could cancel, I would get spam called every 4 days trying to get me to sign up again, as in 3 calls from multiple different numbers back-to-back followed by a text message saying that they emailed me AND an email offering $35/mo to sign up again. I emailed back to stop trying to contact me and remove me from their list, will know if it worked in 4 days. Services: I paid $49/mo plus $104 for 4 hrs cleaning plus $15.75 service fee. If I didn't want services I could reschedule or cancel the service but I still had to pay the $49/mo. In the end I paid ~$42/hour for one 4 hour clean per month, a far cry from their advertisement of $20/hr. I give 3 stars though because I liked my cleaners personality. But one time she charged me for 4 hours when she was only there 2 and did not respond to my message when I asked her to correct the issue and there was no way to resolve through dazzling clean website at the time, but seems they have a way to escalate to them directly now. They're not terrible, but in my experience I had more efficient cleaners for less cost going through direct hiring. Good luck!

FEES are high, service is inconsistent I had the service for several months and canceled today. I am so unhappy that I took the $159 fee (to cancel!!) I had several No shows (servicers would simply reschedule the service so I wouldn’t be charged, but I’m still left WITHOUT service), late service (I was called HOURS after they were supposed to show up with excuses about oversleeping/forgetting/dazzling platform problems), and to make it worse, there are NO human beings to talk to. It’s a con job because they charge you so many fees on each service (NOT taxes, but platform fees, service fees) such that you save NOTHING. I feel ripped off for literally hundreds of dollars and even more frustration.

Beware SCAM Beware: SCAM Dazzling Cleaning promoted a coupon for a 1-time cleaning, then added an unrequested membership and a cancelation fee for it. Their argument was that I should have read the fine print, which was not clear at the time of our agreement.

This company has NO customer support This company has NO customer support. There is NO phone number listed anywhere, so it impossible to speak with a live person. If you try to email them, you get an automated response that the email address is NOT MONITORED. Their billing system is really quite complicated. I guess there is a monthly :Membership Fee" of $49 and an unknown amount for the monthly cleaning. I am cancelling after this month's cleaning. The cleaning person scheduled for today, never showed up, nor called.

Company/platform is shady as F Company/platform is shady as F. Really cheap teaser rate comes with a $49/month autopay "membership" fee for 6 months. I'm in month 3, so I can't say to the ease of cancellation after 6 months is up, but that's my plan -- because I expect to be able to talk with someone about issues for $50/mo and there is no way to contact these people except their help form -- which they make super inconvenient (with three screens to button through) to submit. My first help request via form was never answered. The really crap thing is that you have little control over who they assign to your cleaning date and what their hourly charge is, and the hourly rate of the cleaner can also change between when you read their bio and what they charge you. For example, my last used cleaner is listed as $35/hr on their bio/review page. Dazzling Cleaning invoiced the job at $40/hr PLUS an unexpected "Priority Fee" of $20/hr. There was no indication of what a Priority Fee was when I set up the job request, nor that my job dates/times would be slapped with this fee. I would have chosen not to have anyone come had I known the rate was $60/hr + 15% + tip. There is no way to prevent cleaners that have hourly rates beyond what you have available in your budget, so a cleaner with an hourly rate of $80 can take your job and you have little recourse if it's more than you can handle. The fine print in the scheduling email will tell you to check the estimated invoice for payment details, but that invoice is stated as just an estimate and the "Priority Fee" didn't appear on it the first time I checked the job -- but it sure was there as the job finished. Also, you have to cancel a job within a certain amount of time (48 hours), and sometimes the jobs get picked up way in advance, then dropped by the cleaner and picked up by another one within that time limit. So, I was stuck with a more expensive cleaner, with a hidden exorbitant fee, and would be penalized for cancelling. Not cool. Thus far, I've had two cleaners out to perform basic cleans on bathrooms and floors, and they were both very good, so the service was fine, but this is far more expensive than just contracting with a traditional set schedule service and I wish I had just gone that route.
