GBI’m not surprised with all the unhappy… I’m not surprised with all the unhappy reviews here. I won’t repeat everything that has been said. The company is a scam. You can’t talk to anyone but they will email you. I got the cleaners number on the first visit so I hounded her when she didn’t show -twice-always some lame excuse.but came the next day. She never finished our entire condo …I had to do the rest after she left . What she did was good which is why I kept with her through the contract. I felt we should tip her generously. You KNOW the company is getting the money. The cleaners are not being paid their rate. And they charge tax. So it’s $8-$14 more each visit. No cleaning people I ever had charged tax. When contract was up I ran as far from Dazzling Clean as I could. Advice: DO NOT START WITH THEM.

GBcleaner was fine, fees high cleaner was fine. fees were high, especially the monthly $52 fee that I was not even aware it was being charged to my account.

GBWhen I canceled after six months When I canceled after six months, they continued to charge my credit card the monthly $49. fee. They claimed that my cancellation only counted for the cleaner's booking not for the membership. Stay away from the hassle this outfit will cause you!

GBFEES are high, service is inconsistent I had the service for several months and canceled today. I am so unhappy that I took the $159 fee (to cancel!!) I had several No shows (servicers would simply reschedule the service so I wouldn’t be charged, but I’m still left WITHOUT service), late service (I was called HOURS after they were supposed to show up with excuses about oversleeping/forgetting/dazzling platform problems), and to make it worse, there are NO human beings to talk to. It’s a con job because they charge you so many fees on each service (NOT taxes, but platform fees, service fees) such that you save NOTHING. I feel ripped off for literally hundreds of dollars and even more frustration.

GBNot $20/hr, double that Once I signed up I was locked into $49/month for 6 months. If I tried to cancel before that they would charge me an additional $237 for first 6 hr clean. Yes that's as advertised, no issue there. Once I could cancel, I would get spam called every 4 days trying to get me to sign up again, as in 3 calls from multiple different numbers back-to-back followed by a text message saying that they emailed me AND an email offering $35/mo to sign up again. I emailed back to stop trying to contact me and remove me from their list, will know if it worked in 4 days. Services: I paid $49/mo plus $104 for 4 hrs cleaning plus $15.75 service fee. If I didn't want services I could reschedule or cancel the service but I still had to pay the $49/mo. In the end I paid ~$42/hour for one 4 hour clean per month, a far cry from their advertisement of $20/hr. I give 3 stars though because I liked my cleaners personality. But one time she charged me for 4 hours when she was only there 2 and did not respond to my message when I asked her to correct the issue and there was no way to resolve through dazzling clean website at the time, but seems they have a way to escalate to them directly now. They're not terrible, but in my experience I had more efficient cleaners for less cost going through direct hiring. Good luck!
