Double charged, totally unprofessional cleaner I had one cleaning service with them that was decent; however, the cleaner was a bit incompetent. He lacked knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and time efficiency, which required constant micromanagement, proving to be extremely annoying. Apparently, he juggled five other jobs, from teaching English to making deliveries, which likely contributed to his lackluster performance. Nevertheless, I was double charged for the service without any explanation whatsoever. I filed a dispute with my bank because it was impossible to reach a real human in their customer service department. Honestly, saving $50-$70 was not worth the stress it caused.

Beware SCAM Beware: SCAM Dazzling Cleaning promoted a coupon for a 1-time cleaning, then added an unrequested membership and a cancelation fee for it. Their argument was that I should have read the fine print, which was not clear at the time of our agreement.

It's impossible to speak to anyone It's impossible to speak to anyone. Their policy says you can cancel up to 24 hours without being charged. I rescheduled my appointment 48 hours ahead of time and they did not notify the cleaner, so I'm going to be charged anyway. If you have any issue, there is no way of speaking to a human at all. They charge $50 monthly, no customer support. I'll never use them again!

Total scam and they will keep using your credit card without your authorization, be aware Don’t ever ever share your credit card details with them because to get rid of this scam the only option will be to disable your credit card completely and get a new one. All hidden rules and policy which you will keep getting surprise when month passes, so far I have just one service on Oct 2023 which was so called free service for name sake and they already deducted almost 200 dollar till Feb 2024 , I disputed transaction but after a gap of few months they again started charging from this month. After finishing this review I am going to call my bank to disable my credit card and get a new one, seems like that’s the only option left for me. Be aware of this fraud company before you opt for .Good luck !! I have no option to choose 0 star hence i chose 1 star

The cleaning lady is not the issue- the… The cleaning lady is not the issue- the issue is with the company itself. how you going to advertise for $19.99 a month then turn around and charge double that, plus extra extra for your services that hasn't even happened. YOU A FRAUD! The cleaning lady however was good/decent - But the way they catch you with backend fees is stupidddddddddddddd
