The convenience of booking online is… The convenience of booking online is amazing but the actually cleaning/work done is average at best. They don't really do much better than other services..

Amazing Service We are so happy with the service we are receiving from The Minte. They have done an amazing job for us. Very professional & reliable. Love coming home after they have been at our apartment.

Horrible customer service The cleaning themselves are ok (the thoroughness is highly dependent on the individual cleaner), but the customer service is absolutely, shockingly bad. They clearly have no idea how to manage schedules and are not helpful in any way. The app is difficult to manage and there is no way to track when your cleaner will arrive - even when you request "morning" the cleaners are ALWAYS late so its just luck if yours will show up when you schedule.

Mint is awesome Mint does a great job, cleaners are thorough, tshow up and leave during the appointment window , and can schedule online, awesome
