GBDo not use; Beware of service Beware of this service. Do not use. They do not take responsibility for damage done & you end up incurring costs to repair yourself. It is an agency and while most agencies have insurance to cover damage to clients. We reached out following our move our clean immediately (within the next day) that the cleaning person had not only used a substance that stripped the chrome finish on the range unit but they had tried to use something that scratched the surface even more. I offered suggestions how to remediate the issue such as purchasing the new panel...but stress the importance of remediating the damage created during the cleaning. They gave me the run around for the past week asking me to fill out a form then another form when today they replied: Thank you for your patience while we looked into this. We spoke with the cleaner regarding this claim and we do not believe the cleaner would have caused this. Our cleaners are equipped with a standard cleaning kit that includes: a duster, dust pan, flat mop Swiffer, microfiber towels, magic erasers, sponges, all-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, disinfectant, and glass cleaner. All of our cleaning products are non-abrasive. The cleaner said she used dish soap and her sponge to clean the stove. Best, — Kim Cleaning Success Agent | MyClean

GBExtremely unhappy with the service of US- my clean Extremely unhappy with the service of late. In my capacity as Vaibhav's mom, I was handling the cleaning appointments from outside the US. Visited my son's apartment yesterday & found the service to be very poor: 1. Filthy kitchen counter top strewn with dirty glasses, tissue paper, empty plastic packets & cartons, & food stuck to the counter which required intensive scrubbing before it was removed 2. The condition of the dining/study table & TV console was the same- not even dusted, nor the papers there piled up, so it could be cleaned 3. The area below the bed had not been swept for a few weeks- again strewn with paper, plastic, cartons 4. The bedside table again had not been cleaned for weeks with papers & coins actually stuck to the table, probably with food articles which had been dropped there weeks ago 5. The only area which was clean was the bathroom & a part of the living area Overall very disappointed with the service, specially given the costs involved & your reputation coupled with the fact that the cleaning is scheduled regularly at a 2 week interval. P.S. Vaibhav has never had the opportunity to meet the cleaning lady - Aurora- given his schedule.

GBCompany will not address issues Inexperienced cleaner. Followed around and cleaned all missed and worked for an hour after left. Company said there will be no satisfaction because I have no pictures. Since I cleaned….there are no pictures.

GBLast minute reschedule & cancel We had an appointment booked for 1pm Sunday. Saturday afternoon they change it to 11:30am. Sunday morning they cancel it completely. Outrageously unprofessional.

GBThe convenience factor is good but the … The convenience factor is good but the actual cleaning is pretty bad due to the fact that you never receive the same person more than a few times - so you have to repeat the whole process over again. And some are better than others.
