Incompetence I had my house cleaned by my clean May 22 of 2023 and I indicated that I was getting a puppy and I didn’t want her to get the parvovirus. I wanted the floorboards clean, moldings cleaned my outer hallways and they charge me extra because they were steps. I wanted the hallways, cleaned and mopped going up to the tenants apartment the cleaner, forgot to clean the outer hallway, she broke a plastic plate and hid it in the stove. She broke my venetian blinds. She misplaced my dog, who passed away ashes and paw print. I made her find that she broke something that’s not replaceable. It was handed down my mother gave it to my grandmother, and when my grandmother died, my mother gave it to me a vanity set up Handheld mirror that she broke didn’t even tell me about it when I told them about the hall not being clean they said they give me $58 off the next cleaning I said I don’t want you guys to clean again so then I settle for $38 for which they forgot to do the hallway so my opinion is if you want your house cleaned and items broken and incompetent cleaners hireMY CLEAN if you want a proper cleaning do not hire my clean

Cleaners have very specific tasks that … Cleaners have very specific tasks that they know they must do and that's what they do - nothing more, nothing less. I sometimes have to remind a cleaner of task previously agreed upon. Cleaners are given a minimal time allowance by their agency to complete their cleaning. Price for cleaning is fair. Cleaners are generally in their 30's-40's.

Do not use; Beware of service Beware of this service. Do not use. They do not take responsibility for damage done & you end up incurring costs to repair yourself. It is an agency and while most agencies have insurance to cover damage to clients. We reached out following our move our clean immediately (within the next day) that the cleaning person had not only used a substance that stripped the chrome finish on the range unit but they had tried to use something that scratched the surface even more. I offered suggestions how to remediate the issue such as purchasing the new panel...but stress the importance of remediating the damage created during the cleaning. They gave me the run around for the past week asking me to fill out a form then another form when today they replied: Thank you for your patience while we looked into this. We spoke with the cleaner regarding this claim and we do not believe the cleaner would have caused this. Our cleaners are equipped with a standard cleaning kit that includes: a duster, dust pan, flat mop Swiffer, microfiber towels, magic erasers, sponges, all-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, disinfectant, and glass cleaner. All of our cleaning products are non-abrasive. The cleaner said she used dish soap and her sponge to clean the stove. Best, — Kim Cleaning Success Agent | MyClean

Some are better than others Some cleaners are more thorough than others. The time spent cleaning is pretty short. Last time my cleaner waited until I got home even though I told her to let herself out when she finished. She was obviously waiting for a tip and telling me about some financial problems. I felt for her, as I'm not sure what percentage the housekeepers retain from the total fee. After tipping, the cost for a 2 1/2 hour clean was about $145, which is WAY higher than finding someone on care.com and paying hourly. So while she did a nice job, I cannot afford to continue. More than 80.00 for a 2 1/2 hour clean seems ridiculous to me, I will be finding a cleaner who I can pay directly without the service overhead.

The cleaning wasn't great The cleaning wasn't great. I ordered the service for my tenant. However, the tenant has to spend 6 hours for making additional efforts to redo the job. "We went through 3 rolls of paper towels and everything we wiped was black from dirt. I hope you can get some of your money back because I honestly have no idea what they did for the time they were in the apartment. There was still maple syrup spills in the fridge". After raising the issue to the customer services team, they don't even look into the issue in details, and reply with the email right away in less than 3 mins by saying they can't do anything. Not even considering and hearing further about the issue.
