GBNew cleaners poorly trained, damaged apartment I've been using myclean for years and previously I've had great experiences, but I've cancelled my service going forward because of three bad experiences in a row. The cleaner who had been coming to my apartment regularly left myclean, and it appears they have not done a good job of training new staff. First, a cleaner damaged my rug and left my bathroom a mess by knocking down my shower caddy and shower curtain rod. The next appointment we had to cancel because the cleaner was over 30 minutes late. I gave them one more try and the cleaner did significant damage to my floor by pushing or dragging my couch. I'm waiting to hear back if they will do anything to help me repair the damage. Sad that I need to find a new cleaning company.

GBIncompetence I had my house cleaned by my clean May 22 of 2023 and I indicated that I was getting a puppy and I didn’t want her to get the parvovirus. I wanted the floorboards clean, moldings cleaned my outer hallways and they charge me extra because they were steps. I wanted the hallways, cleaned and mopped going up to the tenants apartment the cleaner, forgot to clean the outer hallway, she broke a plastic plate and hid it in the stove. She broke my venetian blinds. She misplaced my dog, who passed away ashes and paw print. I made her find that she broke something that’s not replaceable. It was handed down my mother gave it to my grandmother, and when my grandmother died, my mother gave it to me a vanity set up Handheld mirror that she broke didn’t even tell me about it when I told them about the hall not being clean they said they give me $58 off the next cleaning I said I don’t want you guys to clean again so then I settle for $38 for which they forgot to do the hallway so my opinion is if you want your house cleaned and items broken and incompetent cleaners hireMY CLEAN if you want a proper cleaning do not hire my clean

GBCleaner threw out a big check of mine Cleaner threw out a big check of mine. Management never called me back. When I called them they claimed the cleaner said that she did not do it and explained how they were loyal to the cleaner and not to the customer. They also refused to book sessions for me and then wanted to charge me extra. They never apologized. The cleaner told me and them she may have thrown them out.

GBIt took a little while to find a … It took a little while to find a cleaner that could consistently do a decent job, and I'd recommend it if you just need to cover the basics, like the sinks, tub, floors etc. But there's not a lot of incentive to stay with the company because the cleaning never really adapts to needs of my place. There's never a dusting here or there every other visit - it's just sinks, tub, vacuum, done. My wife and I take care of the basics, but we'd like a relationship with a cleaner that knows our place and how to touch up the little things that we totally forget about.

GBCleaning was poor Cleaning was poor The various cleaners that came to the house seemed inexperience. In using a steam mop they ended up damaging the finish on my wood floor in several spaces. They tended to be 15 to 30 minutes late most times. In addition, they always seem to forget to clean or touch something. As a result we stopped using the service and would not recommend.
